| In the new era,building a learning society and a lifelong education system that serves learning for all has become the trend of the times.As an important position of lifelong education and learning,the status of the community has been significantly improved.Therefore,the development and progress of community education are particularly important.Since the eighties of the 20 th century,the community education in China has achieved many academic research results and accumulated many practical experiences.However,affected by many factors,there are still contradictions between the actual development status of community education and the development needs of community residents and the requirements of the progress of the times.Among these factors,the insufficient resources required for the development of community education and the single participation body are the most obvious.Based on the current situation of community education development and learning society construction,this study discusses the necessity and feasibility of university concurrently running community education,and puts forward the path of university concurrently running community education,as follows.First,the introduction.This section mainly expounds the research background and research significance of university concurrent community education,reviews the research status of university concurrent community education at home and abroad,and determines the research content and methods.At the same time,it defines a number of core concepts such as university,community,and community education.On this basis,it is proposed that the concurrent community education of universities refers to the process in which universities fully tap and utilize their own human,material,cultural and other resources,and play an important role in the educational activities carried out by modern urban communities in an organized,planned and purposeful manner.Second,the necessity and possibility of universities providing community education at the same time.This section points out that it is necessary for universities to help build a lifelong education system that serves learning for all,perform the functions of universities in serving the society,and solve the dilemma of community education development.The rich resource support of universities,the tradition of Chinese universities serving the society,and the successful practice of foreign universities in running community education provide the possibility for universities to run community education at the same time.Third,the theoretical basis and principles of university and community education.This part analyzes the theoretical foundations of lifelong education theory,social interaction theory,stakeholder theory and community theory of university concurrent community education,and points out that the principles of comprehensiveness,cooperation and feedback are the principles that universities must follow in running community education.Fourth,the dilemma and influencing factors of universities running community education at the same time.This part points out that the current development of university-run community education is affected by various factors such as educational policy changes,economic development and institutional changes,and changes in the cultural environment,and faces many problems such as imperfect policies and laws and regulations related to university-run community education,imperfect university participation mechanism,and weak awareness of cooperation between the two sides.Fifth,the path of universities and community education.This part points out that in the process of concurrently organizing community education,universities should change their identity in a timely manner,clarify their own positioning,and strive to become the guide of community education theory,the developer of community education resources,the organizer of community education activities,and the builder of community culture.On this basis,the state and the government strive to improve relevant laws and regulations and establish and improve participation mechanisms;Universities can better promote the development of community education by actively performing the function of serving the society,continuously expanding participation channels and exploring diverse curriculum resources. |
