Research On Inheritance Dilemma And Governance Path Of Throwing Hydrangea Cultural Community In Jingxi City

In order to promote the inheritance and development of sports intangible cultural heritage and realize the strategic goal of sports and cultural power in the new era,the state has issued a series of policies to pay attention to the development of national traditional sports,improve the protection and inheritance system of intangible cultural heritage,highlight national regional characteristics and improve the overall regional protection level;The 19 th National Congress proposed to speed up the process of governance modernization.The development trend of the country coincided with the needs of social development,pointing out the direction for the reform and governance of sports intangible cultural heritage modernization.Therefore,through literature review and field investigation,the author found that the research theory of community inheritance can no longer meet the current needs of Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and development,and its theory is divorced from practice.Based on the key concept of county practice proposed by Gao Bingzhong teacher,Combined with the current practical needs of the inheritance of sports intangible cultural heritage,this study further puts forward the new concept of county inheritance on the basis of previous views.This study uses the methods of literature,field investigation,field investigation and logical analysis to study the dilemma of the inheritance of Jingxi throwing Hydrangea culture community,and uses the holistic governance theory to analyze the dilemma and transformation logic of its community inheritance,In order to solve the problem,the governance path of county inheritance is proposed.The conclusions are as follows:1.Combing the community inheritance through the holistic governance theory,it is found that there is a fit between the two in terms of governance concept,governance means,governance subject and governance mode.2.Combing out the historical context of Jingxi throwing Hydrangea culture,it is found that it has mainly experienced four stages,from the prototype of flying mound to competitive hydrangea.In different periods,with the development needs of society,the cultural connotation and inheritance and governance mode of throwing Hydrangea culture have also changed.3.Combined with the matching elements of Holistic Governance and community inheritance,it is found that the difficulties in the inheritance of Jingxi throwing Hydrangea culture community mainly include four levels:（1）the concept of community inheritance and governance is weak;（2）Lack of community inheritance and governance means;（3）The absence of the main body of community inheritance and governance and the imbalance of power;（4）The community inheritance and governance model lacks integration and innovation.4.According to the problems existing in the dilemma of community inheritance,the reasons are analyzed by using the theory of holistic governance.It is found that there are three main reasons:（1）the subject consciousness of community inheritance governance is weak and the participation is insufficient;（2）The financial support is relatively insufficient,and there is a lack of training for the main body of community inheritance and governance;（3）There is a lack of innovation in community governance,and the main structure of inheritance and governance is unbalanced.5.Using the holistic governance theory,it is found that the transformation logic from "community inheritance" to "county inheritance" mainly includes the following four aspects:（1）value choice:from passive tool type to active independent type;（2）Action Logic: from the transformation of governance ability and governance system;（3）Institutional design: the transformation of institutional change,efficiency and innovation;（4）In terms of spatial order: the transformation from regional division to flow integration.6.According to the existing difficulties and transformation logic,this paper puts forward the governance path of county inheritance,mainly from the following four aspects:（1）jointly build the concept of multi subject co governance and improve the concept consciousness of county inheritance of Jingxi throwing Hydrangea culture;（2）Optimize the governance means of information technology and improve the governance mode of throwing Hydrangea culture;（3）Based on the relationship of sharing and co governance,cultivate the inheritance community of diversified integrated governance;（4）Optimize the community governance model and build a diversified and interactive County inheritance governance model.Based on this,this study puts forward a new topic of county inheritance,draws lessons from the holistic governance theory,and uses the knowledge of public management to supplement and improve the research theory of Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance,so as to provide a research perspective of Holistic Governance for this research.
