Nowadays,schools at all levels pay more and more attention to education and teaching reform,and in order to meet the demand of cultivating innovative talents in today’s society,physical education teaching in colleges and universities has been reformed,and certain effect has been achieved,but the effect is not very obvious.The traditional teaching mode "teachers directly teach knowledge,students passively accept and learn through repetitive practice" has been used in the teaching of college athletics classroom,and this single teaching mode is not conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents.Therefore,in order to improve the teaching effect of physical education in colleges and universities,develop students’ comprehensive ability and cultivate innovative sports talents,this study introduces the anchor teaching mode into the teaching of backward sliding shot put for physical education majors in colleges and universities,and further provides theoretical reference for its application in physical education.This paper mainly uses literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical and statistical method to conduct the study,and the students of Class 2(control group)and Class 3(experimental group)of Physical Education Department of Shanxi University,Class 2021 were selected as the experimental subjects for the control experiment.Firstly,the data of the experimental results were analyzed from the following aspects: the comparative analysis of the special performance and special ability indexes(30m run,standing long jump,in-situ shot put,in-situ back throw of solid ball,barbell high tumbling,30 s barbell fast jerk,bench press)of the students in the two groups before and after the experiment,and the comparative analysis of the psychological changes of the students in the two groups before and after the experiment.Secondly,based on the above analysis,the advantages as well as the problems when applying the anchor teaching mode were further studied.Finally,the following conclusions were drawn.(1)The implementation of both traditional teaching mode and anchoring teaching mode in the teaching of backward sliding shot put in college physical education majors is beneficial to the improvement of students’ special quality,but the improvement of anchoring teaching mode is greater,which indicates that anchoring teaching mode can significantly improve students’ physical quality and is feasible.(2)Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the implementation of anchoring teaching mode in physical education majors in colleges and universities is more helpful for students to master the technical movements and theoretical knowledge of the backward sliding shot put,and students have a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the movement techniques.The improvement of students’ performance shows that the anchor teaching mode is effective and feasible to be used in the teaching of backward sliding shot put in physical education majors.(3)Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the anchoring teaching mode is more effective in improving students’ learning attitudes,their independent learning ability,cooperative learning ability and social skills,and is more conducive to the development of students’ awareness of lifelong learning and lifelong physical exercise as well as their ability to adapt to social life.(4)The value of introducing the anchor teaching mode into the teaching of backward sliding shot put of physical education majors in colleges and universities is mainly reflected in the following aspects : implementing the current educational concept of "health first" in physical education in colleges and universities,meeting the current requirements of cultivating innovative talents in physical education majors in colleges and universities,effectively reflecting the personalization of teaching,improving the teaching effect,and actively promoting the development of physical education in colleges and universities.The teaching effect is improved,and it actively promotes the teaching reform of backward sliding shot put for physical education majors in colleges and universities.(5)When applying the anchor teaching model to teaching,problems were found to include: the difficulty of grouping students,the existence of incomplete accuracy of evaluation,the anchor teaching model requires higher comprehensive ability of teachers,and the lack of theoretical basis and practical experience for its application.
