| College physical education major is the backbone of training future physical education teachers and plays an irreplaceable role.At present,the teaching ability and basic knowledge of normal students graduated from colleges and universities have not reached the ability to truly serve as a teacher.China's normal colleges and universities at all levels attach great importance to the cultivation of teachers,strengthen students' practice and teaching ability,and enable students to truly understand concepts and basic technical actions.On this basis,"“ 5E ” " teaching mode,as a new teaching mode,focuses on cultivating students' basic concepts and technical actions,fundamentally improves students' understanding of basic concepts and basic actions,and strengthens students' basic literacy and teaching ability.In this paper,the "“5E”" teaching mode of sports is applied to the general course of shot put in the physical education major of colleges and universities for experimental research,so as to provide teachers with a new concept and teaching mode and provide reference for improving the teaching ability of normal college students graduating from colleges and universities.In this paper,motion questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,literature research method,to apply the "5 e" teaching pattern in colleges and universities sports education professional,in the common course for the shot put in shanxi normal university sports college sports education professional class 1801,1802 as experimental object,in the experimental group for 13 weeks "5 e" teaching mode of experiment research,the control group with traditional sports teaching mode.Objective to analyze whether the physical quality,psychological quality,technical evaluation of shot put throwing and throwing distance performance of students have positive and effective effects.The following conclusions are drawn after the teaching experiment:1.In the general course of shot put for college physical education major,the use of "“ 5E ” " teaching mode pays more attention to students' understanding of concepts and technical actions,so that students can have a deeper understanding of the concept and technical actions of shot put.The use of "“5E”" teaching mode has achieved good teaching results.2,13 weeks after one semester teaching experiment,through the analysis of the data: the experimental group students' body quality(bench press,a minute sit-ups,squat,standing long jump)were significantly higher than the control group students' body quality(bench press,a minute sit-ups,squat,standing long jump),that "five e" teaching mode is slightly better than the traditional sports teaching mode.3,in class of college sports education professional shot put in use after the "5 e" teaching model,students in the experimental group shot throwing distance and technical evaluation are higher than that of traditional sports teaching mode,through the analysis of the specific data of the experimental group and the control group students throwing distance of shot put and review all have significant differences,indicates that the implementation of the "5 e" teaching model to improve the students shot throwing distance and technology have a significant role.4.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching mode,the application of "“5E”" teaching mode in the general course of shot putting in the physical education major of colleges and universities improves students' learning interest,attitude and motivation more effectively,making students more active and more active in learning shot putting,which is more conducive to students' mastering of shot putting technical movements and concepts. |
