| As one of the track and field events, the technique of back sliding shot put is a necessary skill for the students majoring in Physical Education in the general course of track and field. The theory of bilateral transfer has been known for a long time, and some experts in different projects have applied it to the teaching and training of technical movements. In this study, combined with the characteristics of the back sliding shot put technique,we applied the bilateral transfer teaching method in the teaching of back sliding shot put,and discussed its application effect. In the research, expert interview, questionnaire survey, video analysis, teaching experiment and other research methods are mainly used.Taking the students of track and field general class of physical education major in Wuhan Institute of physical education in 2020 as the experimental objects: the experimental group adopts the bilateral transfer teaching method, and the control group adopts the traditional teaching method.Eight teaching experiments are carried out.According to the expert interview results, mainly from the technical evaluation results, technical achievement, theoretical results, sports injury risk, learning interest and other aspects of the application effect of comparative analysis. The results show that:1.The average score of the experimental group was 10.56 ±0.943 m,and the average score of the control group was 10.24 ± 1.016m;There was a significant difference in the distance between the two groups after the experiment(P < 0.05).Although there was no significant difference in the angle, height, speed and time of last exertion, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group. It shows that the bilateral transfer teaching method can improve the students’ mastery of technical movements,so as to promote the improvement of technical achievement.2.Adopt bilateral transfer teaching method in teaching and training to promote the balanced development of students’ physical quality. The main differences are reflected in the following four aspects: the stage of sliding step, the connection between sliding step and final exertion, the stage of final exertion and the stage of maintaining body balance.3.The influence of bilateral transfer teaching method on students’ theoretical achievement is not significant(P > 0.05),but from the average score and distribution of the two groups of students’ theoretical achievement, the mastery of the experimental group is slightly better than that of the control group.4.Bilateral transfer teaching method and traditional teaching method have obvious effect on the improvement of students’ physical quality, but the score of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group, which shows that bilateral transfer teaching method can effectively improve students’ waist and abdomen strength and promote the coordination of upper and lower limbs.5.Bilateral transfer teaching method can effectively improve the performance of students’ functional movement screening and Y-type dynamic balance, especially for the improvement of comprehensive quality of both upper limbs. It shows that bilateral transfer teaching method can reduce the risk of sports injury.6.Bilateral transfer teaching method innovates classroom teaching and training methods, makes the classroom more challenging and interesting, stimulates students’ interest in learning back sliding shot put, effectively improves students’ attendance, and makes students more willing to participate in learning. |
