The purpose of the study: To take the top three athletes in the top 8 of the2018 National Men’s Track and Field Throwing Event Group(Chengdu Station)using back-rotation shot put technology as the research object,through the back-rotation push of three outstanding men’s matches in China The video of shot put technology is analyzed to reveal the movement law of its technology.Understand the current technical problems of excellent male shot putters in China,and find the "sticking point" that restricts the athletes’ technical actions,provide a scientific theoretical basis for future teaching and training,and provide intuitive and quantitative teaching guidance materials for related sports practitioners in the future.Research methods: Use literature data method,expert interview method,three-dimensional video analysis method,mathematical statistics method to conduct research.Research Results: This paper analyzes the video,data processing and comparative analysis of the video of three outstanding male shot putters in the National Men ’s Track and Field Throwing Event(Chengdu Station).It is concluded that the current Chinese excellent male shot putter puts the kinematics,rules and "knots" of the shot put.1.The excellent male shot putter in our country,in the preparation phase of putting the shot in the back rotation:(1)There is still a big gap between the maximum body speed and the maximum shot put speed at this stage and the international excellent male shot putter.(2)At this stage,the difference between the maximum speed of the body’s center of gravity and the maximum speed of the shot is relatively small,the average maximum difference is 0.3 ± 0.012 m / s,and the "human-ball" system is relatively stable.(3)When the pre-swing is accelerated at this stage,the body’s center of gravity is low and the pre-swing action is insufficient,resulting in a lack of kinetic energy required for subsequent movements,and the maximum speed of the body and the maximum speed of the shot are not good.2.The excellent male shot putter in our country,in the transition phase of pushing the shot backwards:(1)At this stage,the maximum speed of the body and the maximum speed of the shot are slightly increased;the difference between the maximum speed of the body and the maximum speed of the shot gradually increases.The overall stability of the "ball" systemgradually deteriorates.(2)At this stage,the movement of the left and right hips and knees is not smooth.During the rotation,the right hip and the knee failed to drive the left hip and the knee to rotate in time,which caused the slow rhythm of the rotation and affected the right hip in the next stage.Knee kicking makes the active rotation of the entire hip and knee lag a bit,the body’s center of gravity,speed drops too fast,and the loss of shot and body speed cannot be quickly "made up".(3)The body center of gravity speed and shot put speed fluctuate obviously at this stage,and the body center of gravity and shot put center of gravity fluctuate greatly;the maximum speed of body center of gravity and shot put are both reduced to a certain extent and between the transition period and the beginning of the final force stage,a certain There are some problems with the link at these moments.3.China’s excellent male shot putter,the final force phase of pushing the shot backwards:(1)The difference between the maximum speed of the body’s center of gravity and the maximum speed of the shot at this stage is improved relative to the previous two stages,the "man-ball" integrated system It is also more unstable,which also leads to an unstable body balance after the shot in the final force phase when landing.(2)At this stage,there are also problems with the excellent man’s shot mobilization in China,the rotation of the upper and lower limbs is not synchronized,the rotation of the upper limb is greater than the rotation of the lower limb,and the shot angle is slightly too low.
