Reorganizing the parent-child relationship in a family is a core issue involving the physical and mental health of children and family harmony,as well as a key element affecting the well-being of the people and social stability, which has attracted wide attention in the field of social work in recent years.Along with the reform of economic system and the development of social transformation, problems such as the loose family structure, the weakening of function and the tendency of value individualism gradually become prominent, which has become the focus of academic and social fields. The research on reorganized family mainly focuses on stepchildren’s psychology and parenting style, while the research on unbalanced family communication needs to be deepened. Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the problem of reorganized family parent-child communication for promoting children’s physical and mental health, maintaining family stability and social harmony. In this study, the structural family therapy model was adopted, and J community in Changchun City was taken as the research site to conduct an in-depth investigation on the parent-child communication problems of reorganized families in this community. It is found that the main problems in the reorganized families in this area are short communication duration, simple communication content, poor communication effect and relatively lack of communication skills. On this basis,a typical reorganized family "M" in J community is selected as a case for in-depth intervention, and family members are gradually guided to focus family communication problems on the whole family, explore the causes of the problems, and evaluate the adverse family relationship. In this study, the intervention process is divided into four stages: entering the family, expanding the chief complaint;Outline the structure, present the problem;Seeking change, reshaping structure;Consolidate the effect, fade out of the family. After the service, the author evaluated the whole service process and results, and systematically analyzed the specific effects of the structural family therapy model in the intervention and reorganization of parent-child communication problems. It is found that in terms of theoretical application, the theory of structured family therapy can improve the relationship between family members, reshape the family communication mode and restore the family failure function by adjusting the family subsystem in the process of intervening in the family restructuring. On the practical level, casework helps to externalize the problems of reorganized family, avoid the labeling of family members, and improve the social relationship between parents and parents.Based on this, the author believes that social work should focus on the unique characteristics of the reorganized family when intervening in the problem of parent-child communication, create a situation with social relevance and integrity, and pay attention to the grasp of roles and positions as well as the reflection of ethical dilemmas. |
