| With the in-depth development of kindergarten curriculum reform,the development of a curriculum that meets the characteristics of the school has become mainstream.How to develop a special curriculum that meets the age characteristics of children and their developmental needs has become a key issue for early childhood teachers to address.As an important way to develop a high-quality kindergarten curriculum,teaching and research can promote the construction of the curriculum and the professional growth and development of teachers.Therefore,from the current situation of kindergarten curriculum construction,it is of great significance to explore teaching and research models and experiences that promote kindergarten curriculum development to improve teachers’ professionalism and promote kindergarten curriculum construction.Using action research as a paradigm,this study used observation and interview methods to analyze the current situation of kindergarten curriculum construction and the main problems that existed in kindergarten S’s teaching and research precursors.The study found that there were problems in the curriculum research of kindergarten S,such as teachers’ lack of professional theoretical knowledge,lack of preliminary research on curriculum development,failure to set curriculum goals according to local conditions,mixed curriculum contents,single way of curriculum implementation,unstructured curriculum evaluation,and disconnect between curriculum research and teaching.Two rounds of action research were designed to address the above status and problems.The research results are as follows.First,the exchange and sharing teaching and research mobilized teachers to participate actively,improved their professional theoretical knowledge,and reshaped their views on the curriculum.Under this teaching and research model,teachers further understood the connection between curriculum theory and practice,and updated their educational thinking through communication and reflection.Second,expert-led and reflective teaching and research improves teachers’ ability to develop and build curriculum.This model of teaching and research runs through the entire process of curriculum preparation,curriculum implementation,and curriculum completion.In this process of self-reflection to identify and solve problems,teachers’ practical experience in the curriculum is constantly accumulated and improved,and they are gradually able to combine theory and practice.Third,the formation of the "curriculum-teaching and research" two-way drive spiral mechanism to promote the development of young children.In the process of research,teachers,as the main body of teaching and research,improve their professional theoretical knowledge and professional ability,as well as the continuous optimization of teaching and research mechanisms and forms to promote the development of kindergarten teaching and research.The teachers,with the purpose of promoting early childhood development as the purpose of teaching and research,conduct teaching and research to solve the practical problems in curriculum construction,and in practice,continuously optimize the objectives of the curriculum,improve the content of the curriculum,innovate the implementation methods and establish the evaluation mechanism to promote the development of the curriculum. |
