Secondary vocational education is in a basic position in China’s modern vocational education system,market research,big data analysis and other capabilities have become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises in the era of big data,,and enterprises have also put forward higher requirements for employment talents.However,at present,the traditional teaching methods in secondary vocational education not only inhibit the learning effect,but also further lead to the employment structural contradiction of mismatch between relevant skill levels and job needs.Therefore,this study aims to use the OBE-CDIO teaching model to optimize the current teaching method,integrate the model into the "Market Research and Analysis" course of the mid-career marketing major,and explore its effectiveness in various aspects through the overall design and practical application.This study sorts out and analyzes the relevant research of OBE teaching philosophy and CDIO teaching mode through inductive analysis,defines the core concepts on the basis of grasping the research status,and puts forward the applicable theoretical basis.Through the questionnaire survey method and interview method,it is found that there are certain problems in the learning objectives,teaching methods,cooperative learning quality,teaching evaluation and other aspects of the current secondary vocational "Market Research and Analysis" course,and combined with the advanced mode,the practicality of the course,the necessity of application and the feasibility of implementation,the feasible path of introducing the OBE-CDIO teaching mode in the course of "Market Research and Analysis" is explored.Under the guidance of the three theories of "learning by doing",constructivist learning theory and cooperative learning theory and the four design principles of clear focus,reverse design,project orientation and cooperative learning,the OBE-CDIO teaching mode is integrated into the "Market Research and Analysis" course and teaching design,including analyzing the expected learning outcomes from stakeholders,determining the specific course teaching objectives,and then using macro CDIO to design the teaching content and methods,teaching process,and teaching evaluation system.Using the quasi-experimental research method,based on the learning platform,the micro-CDIO guides the teaching design and practice process of specific lesson examples,and tests whether the OBE-CDIO teaching mode improves the teaching effect of students,including the test of student learning effect,systematic thinking cultivation,and independent learning ability cultivation,so as to provide new ideas for how to truly cultivate students’ ability.The analysis of practical results shows that: first,the application of OBE-CDIO teaching mode in the middle vocational "Market Research and Analysis" course is feasible,and it can be well integrated into the middle vocational "Market Research and Analysis" course to build a feasible overall framework;Second,the OBE-CDIO teaching model can improve the teaching effect of "Market Research and Analysis" courses in many aspects;Third,the OBE-CDIO teaching model can improve students’ systematic thinking level;Fourth,the OBE-CDIO teaching model can improve students’ independent learning ability.
