As China’s demographic structure changes,labor costs increase and industries iterate and upgrade,society’s demand for highly skilled personnel continues to grow.Vocational education is an important part of the national education system and an important way to cultivate high-quality and highly skilled talents.In the new journey of building a modern socialist country,vocational education has a broad prospect and great potential.In the context of the increasing attention of the state and society to the development of vocational education,the improvement of teaching quality and the improvement of students’ professional skills are the focus of many secondary vocational schools’ teaching concerns.The CDIO teaching concept takes Conceive,Design,Implement and Operate as the core,focuses on cultivating students’ practical ability,and provides ideas for the curriculum teaching research of secondary vocational schools.This paper composes and summarizes the research materials of CDIO teaching concept and Work Process oriented theory at home and abroad,and builds the teaching mode of "CDIO+Work Process" by combining the teaching status of "PLC control technology" course in secondary vocational schools,which provides the teaching experience for the combination of CDIO teaching concept and Work Process oriented theory.It also provides ideas for the teaching reform of PLC control technology in secondary vocational schools.The paper is divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction of this paper.The first part is the introduction of this paper,which includes the research background,research ideas and methods,summarizes the current situation of domestic and international research on CDIO teaching concept and Work Process orientation theory,and clarifies the significance of the research.The second part is the definition of related concepts and theoretical foundation.It introduces the basic concepts of CDIO and Work Process,and explains the theoretical foundations supporting this study,including "learning by doing" theory,constructivism theory and project teaching theory.The third part is a survey and analysis of the current situation of the PLC control technology course in secondary schools.Students of two secondary schools in Nanning City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,teachers of electromechanical courses and employees of two PLC-related enterprises are used as the targets of the survey,and questionnaires and interviews are used to investigate the teaching status of PLC Control Technology,analyze the problems of the course,and propose solutions.The fourth part is the construction of "CDIO+Work Process" teaching mode.Taking "PLC Control Technology" course as an example,we elaborate the construction process to provide reference for the reform of middle-level courses.The fifth part is the teaching practice and implementation effect of "CDIO+Work Process" teaching mode.By means of questionnaires and interviews with students,we investigate students’ attitudes towards PLC control technology and "CDIO+Work Process" teaching mode after the experiment.Through student questionnaires and interviews,we investigate students’ attitudes toward PLC Control Technology course and "CDIO+Work Process" teaching mode after the experiment,and test the application effect of "CDIO+Work Process" teaching mode in PLC Control Technology course.The sixth part is the summary and prospect of the study.The study is summarized,and the shortcomings and prospects are presented. |
