Teaching method is the intermediary element of the communication between teachers and students.With the development of the society,the teaching content is constantly updated,and the teaching methods are also constantly developing and changing.The Curriculum Standards for Ethics and the Rule of Law in Compulsory Education(2022 edition)emphasizes: " Pay attention to students’ practical experience,and promote the unity of knowledge and action.Focus on case teaching,select,design and use typical examples in personal and social life,encourage students to explore and discuss,and improve students’ value discrimination ability ".Therefore,more and more teachers pay attention to case teaching,and the "one case to the end" teaching method has been applied to teaching by more teachers.Based on the subject characteristics of morality and rule of law,students should gradually form correct values,necessary character and key abilities through course study,that is,to cultivate students’ core qualities.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,this teaching method shows its unique superiority in the cultivation of students’ core qualities.Based on the empirical research,this paper understands the current situation of the application of "one case to the end" teaching method of morality and rule of law in junior middle school,analyzes the problems and the causes of the teaching method,and puts forward the optimization strategy of "one case to the end" teaching method of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.In the first part,the relevant theoretical problems of the teaching method of "one case" of morality and rule of law in junior middle school are expounded.This paper defines the basic concepts of "one case" teaching method of morality and law,analyzes the characteristics of the teaching method,including the continuity of teaching process,constructivism learning theory and recent development area theory.In the second part,the questionnaire method and the interview method are used to analyze the problems and causes of the teaching method of "one case to the end" in junior middle school morality and rule of law.Through the analysis of the current situation of the "one case to the end" teaching method of morality and rule of law in junior middle school,it is found that the teaching method has achieved some results,but there are also deficiencies.The main problems are that the good quality of cases is uneven,the number of classic cases is small;the case presentation method is single,the teaching content is low fit;teachers’ application ability is not strong,the actual teaching effect is limited;student effective participation is low,and the depth of case exploration is not enough.The main reasons for these problems are: the difficulty of developing high-quality case resources,the lack of awareness and ability of students to participate,the cognitive deviation of teachers and the lack of teachers’ comprehensive teaching application ability.In the third part,the optimization strategy of "one case to end" teaching method of junior middle school.In order to improve the application effect of "one case to end" teaching method of morality and rule of law in junior middle school,case resources: improve collective lesson preparation,promote regional communication,and establish case resource database.In terms of case presentation: fit the teaching content,strengthen the problem awareness,and diversify the cases.At the teacher level: sort out the new curriculum concept,dig into the connotation value of cases,and implement experiential education.At the student level: guide students to change their learning concepts,actively participate in classroom learning,improve the ability of cooperative inquiry and strengthen students’ independent experience.The fourth part,the teaching design of the teaching method of "morality and rule of law".Taking the first box of "Law for Life Need",Class 9,Volume 4 of Grade 7,as an example,making teaching design and teaching practice,analyze the achievements and deficiencies of the teaching method in actual teaching activities through after-class feedback,and show the actual situation of "one case to the end" teaching method in the teaching process. |
