| Bullying incidents in primary and secondary schools in towns and villages often occur inside and outside the campus,and some bullying will seriously interfere with the normal education and teaching work of primary and secondary schools in towns and villages.Most bullying behaviors will have varying degrees of impact on school teaching and family,especially affecting the mental and physical health of primary and secondary school students who are growing in an all-round way.In the face of the frequent campus safety problems of bullying in township primary and secondary schools,governments and schools all over the world have launched corresponding studies.This topic also hopes to understand the actual situation of school bullying suffered by township primary and secondary school students through questionnaire survey.Based on the questionnaire and field survey,the author draws some conclusions about bullying in elementary and secondary schools,and analyzes the personal,family and school reasons affecting the bullying in elementary and secondary schools.Through extensive literature review or academic exchange,information technology as the carrier,based on the comparison and reference of the successful experience of school bullying in primary and secondary schools around the world,combined with the successful experience and methods of prevention and intervention of school bullying in various countries,some feasible methods or measures are applied to the prevention and intervention of school bullying in Chinese primary and secondary schools.This paper presents the present situation of bullying in primary and secondary schools of towns and villages and the ways to deal with the phenomenon of bullying,reveals the characteristics and harm of bullying in primary and secondary schools of towns and cities,analyzes the reasons for the existence of bullying in primary and secondary schools of towns and cities,and puts forward some suggestions for preventing and intervening bullying in primary and secondary schools of towns and cities.Finally,the thesis studies the effect of preventing school bullying in towns and middle schools through the form of questionnaire investigation,tracking or establishing student archives,and constantly improves the strategies and strategies of preventing and intervening school bullying in our towns and middle schools.The research of this paper is helpful for people to understand the current situation of bullying in township primary and secondary schools;The suggestions put forward in this paper are of some enlightening value for the township primary and secondary schools to take measures to deal with the problem of school bullying. |
