Research On The Modern And Contemporary Prose Practice System Of Junior High School Chinese Textbooks Under The "Double Reduction" Policy

Textbooks are the primary materials that teachers and students contact in the process of teaching and learning,and are the link between teachers and students.The Chinese textbook for junior high school compiled by the Ministry of Education has attracted the attention of the educational community since its preparation and was officially put into use in September 2016.The textbook is composed of four interdependent systems: text selection system,exercise system,reading aid system and knowledge system.Among them,the exercise system is also called "homework system" and "after-class exercise",which plays an important auxiliary role in teachers’ teaching and students’ learning.The "double reduction" policy is an educational reform policy put forward in July 2021.It is mainly aimed at students in the compulsory education stage.In its general requirements,it is mentioned to improve the quality of classroom teaching and homework design,reduce the students’ academic burden,and make schools become the main front of education.Under the guidance of the "double reduction" policy,this paper,from the perspective of improving the quality of classroom teaching and homework design of modern and contemporary prose,takes the modern and contemporary prose practice system of junior high school Chinese textbook compiled by the Ministry of Education as the research object,in order to bypass by analogy and promote the implementation of the "double reduction" policy.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the reasons for choosing the topic,literature review,research ideas and methods,and the definition of relevant concepts.The second part is the analysis of the relationship between the "double reduction" policy and the practice system of the junior high school Chinese textbook compiled by the Ministry of Education: because the "double reduction" policy has the requirements of improving the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching and reducing the burden and improving the quality of homework design,while the practice system of the junior high school Chinese textbook compiled by the Ministry of Education has the function of helping teachers and students to teach and learn and design homework,the two are connected.The third part is the analysis of the overall characteristics of the modern and contemporary prose practice system of junior high school Chinese textbook compiled by the Ministry of Education,including four levels: sorting out the contents,type of topics,number of topics,and total characteristics.The author first sorts out the contents of modern and contemporary prose in line with this study,and then classifies the types of topics in the modern and contemporary prose practice system based on the exercise classification method mentioned by Mr.Gu Huangchu and Mr.Gu Zhenbiao,and counts the number of topics,Finally,it summarizes the overall characteristics of modern and contemporary prose practice system.The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the use of the modern and contemporary prose practice system of the Ministry,mainly using the method of questionnaire and interview,to investigate and analyze the current situation and reasons of the use of the modern and contemporary prose practice system by teachers and students.The fifth part gives optimization strategies for the problems found,mainly from two aspects of classroom teaching and homework design,and puts forward suggestions for teachers and students to use the modern and contemporary prose practice system of junior high school Chinese textbook compiled by the Ministry of Education to carry out modern and contemporary prose teaching and homework design,in order to better play the role of modern and contemporary prose practice system and promote the implementation of the "double reduction" policy.
