Collective lesson preparation is a form of lesson preparation in which teachers of the same subject study the key points and difficulties in the teaching materials,or introduce the new information and knowledge of the subject.Teachers can work out effective teaching plans through mutual cooperation.This paper analyzes the relationship between collective lesson preparation and the professional development of Chinese teachers in senior high school from the perspective of Chinese professional knowledge,professional ability and professional sentiment.Taking the first year Chinese lesson preparation group of a county middle school as the research object,three representative new teachers were selected and followed up for one year.In the process of the research,the author fully participated in the collective lesson preparation activities,and recorded the collective lesson preparation process,and collected the teaching design,collective general plan,classroom teaching record,teaching reflection and other data of the research object.At the same time,we also interviewed the research object,the group leader of lesson preparation and colleagues.Through the research on the professional growth process of three new middle school Chinese teachers under the environment of Z middle school collective lesson preparation,this paper finds out the relationship between collective lesson preparation and the professional development of middle school Chinese teachers,and obtains some enlightenment beneficial to the professional development of middle school Chinese teachers.This study is divided into five parts,the first part mainly describes the origin of the study,the research status at home and abroad,research purposes,research ideas,research methods and research significance.The second part mainly from the two dimensions of collective lesson preparation and teachers' professional development,expounds the concept and operation mode of collective lesson preparation,the difference and connection between collective lesson preparation and individual lesson preparation,as well as the value and significance of collective lesson preparation,the connotation of teachers' professional development,and the content of middle school language teachers' professional development.In the third part,through the analysis of teaching design,collective lesson preparation,collective general plan,classroom teaching record,teaching reflection and interview record,this paper mainly expounds the professional development of three new Chinese teachers in Z middle school under the environment of collective lesson preparation,and records their professional growth and changes.The fourth part mainly expounds the relationship between collective lesson preparation and the professional development of middle school Chinese teachers,analyzes the factors influencing the relationship between collective lesson preparation and the professional growth of Chinese teachers in middle school,and puts forward effective strategies to improve the collective lesson preparation system to promote the professional development of Chinese teachers in middle schools.The fifth part of the conclusion reflects on the shortcomings of this study.
