Collective lesson preparation is one of the important ways to quickly improve the teaching level of primary and secondary school teachers.In collective lesson preparation,teachers can make use of each other’s advantages to make up for each other’s shortcomings,mutual communication and mutual influence,so that teachers can improve and progress together.Teachers can take others’ strengths to make up for their own weaknesses,so as to achieve improvement and progress.However,according to previous research results,there are still some problems in collective lesson preparation,such as: collective lesson preparation teachers are not active,ignoring the significance of teachers’ collective preparation;collective lesson preparation formalism;collective lesson preparation management system has not played its role,and the school does not pay attention to and so on.Therefore,at present,the collective lesson preparation in primary and secondary schools is faced with many difficulties,and to get out of the difficulties,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the collective lesson preparation.This study takes the symbol interaction theory as the theoretical basis of the research to analyze and study the collective lesson preparation and teachers in the research schools.The study was carried out with teachers from X primary school in T area as the research object.This study uses observation method and interview method to collect the materials needed for the collective lesson preparation system,process of collective lesson preparation activities,teacher evaluation and reflection,and analyzes the interactive mode of collective lesson preparation,management system and teacher behavior mode of teachers’ collective lesson preparation.The study found that in the collective lesson preparation of primary school teachers,there are teachers ’collective communication,teachers’ low willingness to participate in collective lesson preparation,teachers do not establish a common goal,and teachers’ collective lesson preparation is perfunctory.In view of the above problems,this research believes that:collective lesson preparation should establish a good communication culture of collective lesson preparation,improve the school collective lesson preparation system,cultivate teachers’ sense of identity to collective lesson preparation,and establish a common vision among teachers.
