The Teaching Experiment About The Influence Of 24 Type Taichi On Students Who Have Type A Behavior

People who hold Type A Behavior should join in Taichi movement in order to prove that the 24 type Taichi has effective function of rectifying college students'Type A Behavior . This research randomly chooses 516 undergraduates in the grade of 2004 from Inner Mongolia Agricultural University as experimental objects . They are taught Taichi for 16 weeks with exercise after class . And we compare the results of it with the results of five weeks'swimming course . We adopt Type A Behavior questionnaire ( or we can call it Type A personality form . we can see it in Appendix 1 ) compiled by Boyuan Zhang in 1983 . The first time we test is at the beginning of the experiment , and then we test after 8 weeks'teaching of Taichi .And after 16 weeks'teaching of Taichi we record the result of the test again . Then after five weeks'swimming course we have another test . We use SPPSS11.0 statistic software to deal with the data and test the results of independent sample T . The result indicates that when comparing the mean and the standard difference of the total score of TH+CH value ,TH value , CH value , and L value of Type A Behavior concerning the test of Taichi after 8 weeks teaching and the test at the beginning of the experiment . The two data all descend on different degree , but the independent sample T has no obvious difference (p>0.05) . The mean and the standard difference of the total score of TH+CH value and TH value of Type A Behavior concerning the test of Taichi after 16 weeks teaching and the test carried out at the beginning of the experiment have obvious difference (p<0.05).
