| In the Party’s 20th National Congress report General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly put forward to accelerate the quality and balanced development of compulsory education,promote education equity.Nowadays,more and more women are involved in township PE teaching,and their image affects the development of the group image of PE teachers.The life narrative of 13 female physical education teachers,10 male physical education teachers and5 urban female physical education teachers was studied by using snowball sampling,and their career life course was further explored.Select 3 typical characteristics of township middle school female physical education teachers case analysis.It is hoped that this study can further explore the image characteristics and development difficulties of female physical education teachers in township middle schools and provide theoretical basis and practical value for shaping the new image of female physical education teachers in township middle schools.After research and analysis,the conclusion is as follows:(1)The image features of female physical education teachers in township middle schools include eight dimensions of appearance,behavior,concept,personality,body,language,knowledge and ability.The three levels are divided into ideal,society and reality.The ideal "she" is a diversified image of female self-consciousness awakening in the new era,conceptualized as the internal "four good teachers" and the external "master of all things";Social "she" is the professional suspected physical education teacher affiliated image,conceptualized into internal and external complete social image;In reality,"she" is a weak but need to pay devotee image,through the comparison of men and women,urban and rural areas reflects the basic status quo and dilemma of female physical education teachers in township middle schools.(2)The development dilemma of female physical education teachers in township middle schools is as follows: vertically,from different career development stages,anxiety always exists,and their enthusiasm gradually declines from high to low;Compared with male PE teachers horizontally,female PE teachers in township middle schools have the advantages of self-examination and teaching,but the professional cost is larger.Compared with urban female physical education teachers,female physical education teachers in township middle schools have advantages such as weaker utility,less pressure from professional competition and relative fairness,but poor professional identity.(3)In view of the current significant development predicament,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed from the three aspects of individual,school and society.In the aspect of individual,the image consciousness should be established,the ideal and faith should be firm,and the professional identity should be enhanced;In terms of schools,we should examine the post structure,rationally allocate teacher resources,improve the school training system and improve the overall school environment.In the social aspect,the media behavior should be regulated,the public’s reasonable expectations should be eliminated,the entry threshold of PE teachers should be raised,the professional ethics of PE teachers should be improved and a complete supervision mechanism should be established. |
