The key to the development of rural education lies in rural teachers.The physical education teachers in rural primary schools are a new group that responds to the national efforts to develop rural compulsory education.The emergence of this special group,to a great extent,alleviates the shortage of physical education teachers in rural primary schools,and pours fresh blood into the flourishing development of rural primary education.However,the post-transferring PE teachers in rural primary schools still face some outstanding survival problems after they arrive at their posts.Many post-transferring PE teachers in rural primary schools can not serve the countryside for a long time because of their survival problems,has been facing the post “Not to stay” “Do not want to stay” “Not well taught” problem.What is the living state of the physical education teachers in rural primary schools? How to improve the plight of its survival,so that its long-term survival and development in rural areas,and then promote the development of rural and even the whole of China’s education?To this end,this study through the narrative study of education to show the three rural primary school physical education teachers after the transfer of the real state of survival,based on the theories of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,educational ecology and two-factor motivation,the data of teachers’ survival in natural environment were collected through field observation,in-depth interviews and diary writing.The paper narrates the dynamic living process of the post-transferring physical education teachers,reveals their living circumstances,but also pays attention to the common problems of the physical education teachers’ living conditions.Through the procedures of constructing the research structure,systematically combing and analyzing the research materials,reasonably constructing the index of the physical education teachers’ living state,and designing the paths of improving the physical education teachers’ living state in rural primary schools,the following conclusions were reached:1.The domestic academic research on “The living state of teachers” mainly focuses on three aspects: the material living state research oriented by empirical investigation and the mental state research oriented by psychological investigation,as well as the survival state research of professional development orientation and career development orientation.And most of the existing researches are inclined to put forward the corresponding strategies from the macro-level to solve the outstanding problems in the process of teachers’ survival,including perfecting the legislation,promulgating the policy,clarifying the management system and mechanism,etc.2.The foreign scholars have made systematic research on the “Teacher’s living state”from the perspectives of sociology of teaching and psychology,and mainly from the macro(society),the middle(school),the micro(individual)three dimensions in view of the existence of a series of outstanding problems faced by teachers to analyze the causes,based on this,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The Maslow’s hierarchy of needs can be used to reflect the survival and development trend of post-transferring PE teachers in rural primary schools,and the theory of educational ecology can be used to analyze the environment of the survival and development of post-transferring PE teachers in rural primary schools,the two-factor motivation theory can be used to guide the improvement strategy of Physical Education Teachers’ living condition in rural primary schools.4.This research collates and analyzes the qualitative educational narrative data and the quantitative questionnaire data,and draws on the domestic and foreign existing Research Foundation,this paper traces back to the factors that affect the survival state of physical education teachers in rural primary schools from three aspects: individual teachers,school ecology and social environment.5.On the basis of strictly following the task requirements of the National Rural Teacher Support Program,this research divides the “Four dimensions” of the teacher occupation concept in the professional standards for primary school teachers(trial implementation)into reference,the operation of Physical Education Teachers’ survival state in rural primary schools is divided into three dimensions: material survival,spiritual survival and professional survival.6.The material survival level affects the structure and quality of the rural primary school post-transferring PE teachers,and the salary level of the teachers should be raised appropriately,including the housing security and the establishment of the system of rewarding attendance and punishing laziness,etc.,to create a relatively comfortable material living environment,to ensure their basic material needs of life,so that it can “Stay” in the countryside.7.Spiritual survival is a kind of state,only by rationally raising the social status of the physical education teachers in rural primary schools,the entry threshold and confidence of the physical education teachers in rural primary schools,and forming the working atmosphere of respecting teachers and teaching,can promote the rural primary school physical education teachers to develop hard work,optimistic and open-minded,positive,continuous breakthrough,the courage to innovate,so that they are willing to “Stay” in the countryside.8.Professional survival is the core of the survival state of the post-transferring PE teachers.In the process of cultivating the professional attitude of the post-transferring PE teachers,we should make them correct their mentality and behavior towards students and teaching,expand their own knowledge reserves to become teachers,and finally improve the professional ability of rural primary school PE teachers,so that they can “Teach” well in the countryside.Physical Education teachers in rural primary schools are the disadvantaged groups in our country’s basic education.The only way to ensure the material life of physical education teachers in rural primary schools is to provide them with adequate,can promote rural primary school physical education teachers to have a good mental state,and then promote their professional development and professional development.In order to achieve the above-mentioned goals,on the one hand,the external institutional environment,social environment and living environment of teachers should be improved correspondingly;The internal motive force of the professional development of the post-transferring PE teachers needs to be built.Only by promoting both of them.
