| Under the background of rapid development of science and technology and upgrading of industrial structure,it is the overall trend of the reform and development of higher education to enrich the type structure of talents and improve the modern vocational education system.At present,the vocational education at the undergraduate level is in full swing in China,and the national and local governments have also issued a series of supporting policy documents.However,at present,China’s higher vocational education is still dominated by junior college,and undergraduate vocational education is still in its initial stage,facing many contradictions and problems to be solved urgently.German vocational education enjoys a good reputation in the world.After more than 70 years of development,undergraduate vocational education has accumulated rich experience,which can provide certain ideas and perspectives for the reform of the talent training mode of undergraduate vocational education in China.This study with the theory of "professional belt",type attributes,stakeholders theory and symbiosis theory as the theoretical basis,through the historical research method combs the German undergraduate vocational education from the origin,development and development to the transformation of major factors,such as the change of science and technology,the economic and social development,the change of the labor market,the expansion of higher education and the European integration process.Through case studies and comparative studies,Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the orientation and specialty setting of the Baden-Wurttemberg State University of Applied Science and Technology and the dual system university,Take electrical engineering major as an example,From the four aspects of training objectives,curriculum setting,teaching methods,assessment and evaluation of the two types of university undergraduate vocational education talent training mode,analyzed and summarized the similarities and differences between the two,That is,in the culture objectives,All pay attention to the development of ability but the specific requirements are different;In the curriculum,Both implement modular curriculum,but the curriculum structure has different emphasis;In terms of teaching methods,Both pay attention to the close combination of theory and practice,but the combination mode has its own characteristics;In terms of the assessment and evaluation,The evaluation methods are all rich and diversified,but the evaluation results are presented in different ways.Stones from other hills may serve to polish the jade.Based on the experience of German undergraduate vocational education training mode and the actual situation of China,this study puts forward six feasible suggestions for the reform of undergraduate vocational education training: first,clarify the orientation of undergraduate level and occupation type;second,explore the professional system that serves the national industrial development;third,establish the training goal of high-level technical talents;fourth,establish the modular curriculum system of vocational skills orientation;fifth,form the teaching method of practical communication and integration of industry and education;sixth,build a sustainable evaluation system with distinct professional characteristics. |
