Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational educationsystem, occupies an important position in the vocational education system, and playsan important role in the pattern of economic development transformation and theupgrade process of industrial structure adjustment in our country. Course is the basicand main way to carry out education, also is the basis and prerequisite for realizingeducation goals. Course model is the summary form of curriculum program, andcurriculum plan and curriculum implementation determines the effect and quality ofeducation. As a result, secondary vocational education curriculum model plays animportant role in improving the quality of secondary vocational education. Germanythat is one of the most developed countries of secondary vocational education in theworld has formed a variety of courses in the long-term educational practice, and hasplayed an important role in the curriculum model for the success of vocationaleducation. This research adopts the literature analytic method, comparative researchand historical research method and other research methods: Through conduct acomprehensive in-depth analysis and research of the China and Germany typicalsecondary vocational education curriculum model, and make the brief analysis and thesummary difference of secondary vocational education curriculum model, on the basisof those put forward several suggestions to improve and perfect our countrysecondary vocational education curriculum model. So this research is mainly dividedinto several parts as the following:First, the introduction. Mainly analyze and discuss the reason and the way to dothis study, the significance, the research and the core concepts of this study and so on;Second, analyze China’s two typical secondary vocational education curriculummodels.Mainly discuss the basic situation, characteristics, advantages anddisadvantages of only branch sectional curriculum model and the "broad foundation,active module" curriculum model in China; Third, analyze two typical secondary vocational education curriculum models inGermany. Mainly analyze and research the basic situation, characteristics, advantagesand disadvantages of the "ladder" core curriculum and learning field curriculummodel in Germany;Fourth, the differences that vocational education curriculum model betweenChina and Germany. Mainly compare and analyze the secondary vocational educationcurriculum view, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and appraisal systembetween China and Germany, in order to give some suggestions to improve andperfect our country’s secondary vocational education curriculum model;Fifth, give several enlightenments to perfect and improve our country secondaryvocational education curriculum model. As the following enlightenments: assistconcept of the sustainable development of the curriculum and "people-oriented";Market-oriented course content and make timely change; Increase the proportion ofenterprises, industries involved in curriculum implementation; Add a third partyintermediaries involved in curriculum evaluation..
