| Vocational education is a basic project to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel.The level of vocational education reflects the level of national education modernization and the quality level of workers.Entering the new era,in order to achieve high-quality economic development,it is necessary to constantly adjust the industrial structure,but at present,there is a shortage of high-quality skilled personnel who can meet the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading.Therefore,the development of undergraduate vocational education is conducive to solving the contradiction between supply and demand of talents in society.However,due to our vocational education has been affected by social prejudice,undergraduate level vocational education is a new exploration,there is no successful experience to learn from,with a poor foundation,related system still needs to be improved,has not formed a standardized personnel training system,can not ensure the quality of personnel training,so we need to investigate the current situation of its personnel training.The problems existing in the process of talent training in pilot colleges are found,which can provide reference for improving the standards of talent training at undergraduate level and promote the further development of vocational education at undergraduate level.This paper adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.On the basis of understanding the relevant theories and components of vocational education talent training at undergraduate level,through the investigation and research of five pilot colleges,the status quo of talent training objectives,specialty setting,teaching content and curriculum setting,teacher team,school-enterprise cooperation,teaching evaluation and other links in colleges and universities are comprehensively understood.At the same time,the status quo of talent training is analyzed.It is found that the following problems exist in the talent training of undergraduate vocational education: teachers and students of undergraduate vocational education colleges have a vague understanding of the orientation of the school;The focus of talent training is wrong and the target of talent training is too broad;The conditions of colleges and universities cannot meet the needs of majors;The curriculum and content need to be improved;The overall construction of teaching staff is insufficient;Formalization of school-enterprise cooperation and imperfect construction of training base;Teaching evaluation system is single.In view of the problems found,the improvement measures are studied: Schools need to strengthen teachers and students’ understanding of the positioning of the school,specify the focus and objectives of talent training,according to the conditions of colleges and universities to scientifically optimize the professional offering of colleges and universities,optimize the curriculum and curriculum knowledge content,strengthen the construction of teachers,deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,strengthen the construction of training bases,establish a multi-mechanism of teaching evaluation to improve the quality of talent training at the undergraduate level of vocational education. |
