Under the background that higher education is about to enter the stage of popularization and education modernization,it is a necessary trend for China’s higher education reform and development to perfect the modern vocational education system and realize the modernization of vocational education.For a long time,China’s vocational education system is not complete,lack of undergraduate level vocational education,specialized level vocational education,mainly to cultivate skilled talents.However,as our country enters a new stage of development,the demand for talents from all walks of life increases,and high-level skilled talents are in great demand.The unsatisfied demand for talents leads to the emergence of structural employment contradictions.In 2019,the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan was released,which proposed to carry out undergraduate vocational education pilot program.The transformation from spontaneous exploration to national pilot program officially opened the era of undergraduate vocational education.The smooth development of undergraduate level vocational education pilot lies in the main link of talent training.Talent training is a complex system engineering,which includes six elements: talent training concept,specialty setting,curriculum system,teaching staff,practical teaching and teaching evaluation.To a certain extent,the construction degree of these six elements determines the quality of talent training in vocational education at undergraduate level.Therefore,it is necessary to carry on the deep research and discussion to the talent cultivation of the undergraduate vocational education.The undergraduate level vocational education in China has three attributes of discipline,occupation and application.It aims to cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents with profound theoretical foundation of professional field,strong practical ability,application ability,migration ability and creation ability,and adapt to the requirements of production,construction,management and service front-line post group.Based on the research of human capital theory and constructivist learning theory and relevant theory,on the basis of Z vocational college of science and technology of henan province of the first and second session of undergraduate students and part of the questionnaire and interview to understand their teachers at the school undergraduate level vocational education personnel training have begun to take shape,but with the specific requirements of Ministry of Education,there is still a gap still need to continue to advance.The reasons of the gap are analyzed from three aspects:government,university and industrial enterprises.At the same time,through summarizing the practice of talent cultivation in Germany,Britain and Japan in carrying out undergraduate vocational education and thinking about the existing practice in China,the author believes that both the government,universities and industrial enterprises should continue to work together to promote the talent cultivation in undergraduate vocational education.
