Uremia is the terminal stage of chronic renal failure,which is gradually caused by various kidney diseases.The irreversible decline of renal function until the gradual loss of renal function leads to a series of clinical syndromes.The personal,family,life and social changes brought about by patients’ diseases not only make patients suffer from discomfort caused by various diseases,but also multiply their psychological pressure.Cognitive behavior theory believes that the generation of individual problems is closely related to his self cognition,and unreasonable cognition and behavior will affect the psychological and social problems of uremic patients.This article takes the group service of Z Hospital as an example,and under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory,conducts relevant surveys and interviews on uremic patients in the hemodialysis room,in order to deeply understand and analyze the psychological pressure of uremic patients.On this basis,develop a group work intervention plan that meets the actual needs of uremic patients and provide them with professional social work services.In this study,the author aimed to promote group psychological cognitive changes and enhance social function in uremic patients.A group work method was used to construct a mutual aid network for uremic patients as an intervention point,and the effectiveness of the mutual aid group was evaluated through quantitative results and interview feedback.Research has found that under the guidance of cognitive behavioral theory,group work has a significant impact on changing the irrational beliefs and behaviors of uremic patients,providing emotional and social support for patients,and helping patients relieve psychological stress. |
