Study On Optimal Strategies Of High School Students’ Physical Health Behavior From The Perspective Of Curriculum Ideology And Politics

This paper uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field survey method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to investigate the physical health behavior of high school students from the perspective of ideological and political courses.Combined with the educational practice experience,for the writing of the article has laid a solid foundation.Based on the investigation of physical health behavior of high school students and the dilemma of ideological and political implementation,the conclusions are as follows:First,Yichun Experimental Middle School is fully equipped with teachers and can provide the normal development of sports projects.Second,in the investigation of students ’physical health behavior,it is found that students’ exercise time is not enough,there is no reasonable exercise plan,lack of understanding of exercise weight loss is not scientific enough,lack of understanding of the concept of lifelong physical education,physical education teaching methods and other aspects become the reasons for their participation in physical exercise.Third,in terms of the necessity and dilemma of the ideological and political implementation of high school physical education curriculum,integrating the ideological and political education curriculum can expand the connotation and extension of physical education curriculum and CPPCC with education,change the traditional teaching mode,and pay more attention to the development of students’ thinking.Finally,the ultimate goal of the ideological and political curriculum is to cultivate people by virtue.High school physical education curriculum is the fundamental task of "cultivating people by virtue".The goals of the two are consistent.In terms of difficulties,there are some problems in senior high school,such as the lack of understanding of ideological and political education,the lack of reform motivation,the lack of ideological and political education goals,the shortage of ideological and political education content,the lack of ideological and political teaching methods,and the lack of effective ideological and political evaluation standards.Based on the above investigation,the three-dimensional ideological and political teaching mode of schools,teachers and families is established,and the following optimization strategies are put forward:(1)School level.Ideological and oriented health education courses.Stimulate students’ hardworking spirit,unity and upward curriculum ideological and political spirit;carry out patriotic sports culture week.Cultivate students’ patriotism and collective honor;improve the system and mechanism,guarantee the ideological and political courses.To realize the sharing of teaching resources and transform the information island of single subject knowledge into an ecological archipelago.(2)Teacher level.Overall planning and target design,highlight the ideological and political courses.Enrich the content and expand the course education and politics.Based on the characteristics of PE course,formulate the ideological and political element structure system of PE curriculum;encourage students to exercise independently and strengthen the course.Encourage children to develop independent training outside the school,improve students’ motivation for sports and their ability to adapt to the environment;enrich teaching methods and promote ideological and political courses.Adopt various teaching methods to enrich physical education courses,multiple assessment and evaluation,and deepen the courses.Adopt the way of self-evaluation and peer mutual evaluation,constantly optimize the teaching means and teaching methods,and deepen the ideological and political thinking of the course.(3)Family level.Ideological and political guidance,give children a "family ideological and political education lesson";revitalize the resources of home and school society,invite school PE teachers to guide and curriculum construction,to create collaborative ideological and political education brand;"family ideological and political",to create the most beautiful family.
