| In recent years,the internal environment of education and the issue of students’ excessive academic burden have become widely discussed topics in society.In order to further reduce the homework burden and off campus training burden on students,the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework and Off campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education Stage"(hereinafter referred to as the "Double Reduction")in 2021.Subsequently,Ruijin City actively implemented the requirements of the "double reduction" policy,which played a certain role in reducing students’ burden and enriching their extracurricular life.However,during the implementation process,many problems that need to be solved are still exposed.Firstly,students’ school hours have been extended,and it is worth considering how to optimize and expand existing student management work and strengthen the role of the school’s main position in educating students;The second is how to face the transformation and transformation of education,in order to cultivate healthy personalities and comprehensively developed talents,which is urgent.This study takes five public primary schools in Ruijin City as the research object,and uses literature review,questionnaire survey,and interview methods to investigate the current situation of student management in these five primary schools.Through investigation,it was found that there were the following problems in the implementation of student management work in five primary schools in Ruijin City:(1)in terms of teaching management: outdated management concepts;Lack of corresponding after-school homework management system;Insufficient opportunities for students to participate in management;The comprehensive literacy of teachers is generally not high.(2)In terms of after-school delayed teacher service management: the form of after-school service is single;There are hidden dangers to the safety of students after class.(3)In terms of student mental health education management,there is a phenomenon of moral education and formalization in mental health education;Insufficient staffing of mental health teachers;The form of home school co education for mental health is single.(4)The problems in cooperation between family,school,and society include: the "imbalance" between the main bodies of family,school,and society;The problem of a single way of collaborative education between family,school,and society.Based on the problems in student management at five primary schools in Ruijin City,this article studies the reasons for the problems,including the lack of flexibility in management systems,the gap between the spirit and implementation of the "double reduction" policy documents,and inadequate cooperation between family,school,and society.Based on the problems in student management at five primary schools in Ruijin City,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)transforming management concepts and standardizing teaching management processes;(2)Establish a scientific and effective management system for homework after class;(3)Improve students’ self-management mechanism;(4)Strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and improving the comprehensive quality of teachers;(5)Improve the after-school service curriculum system and enrich students’ extracurricular life;(6)Optimize and strengthen safety management;(7)Strengthen students’ mental health education: attach importance to the construction of campus culture;Strictly implement mental health education courses;(8)Fully leverage the collaborative role of family,school,and community. |
