With the promulgation of the new curriculum standard,as the barometer of compulsory education in the next decade,the implementation of the actual situation deserves attention,and the implementation ability of teachers has become a hot topic of social attention.At present,sports and health courses are undergoing a reform process guided by a new education concept.Physical education teachers are given new roles such as "course decision makers","guidance and facilitator of the learning process" and "design and organizer of learning activities".The shift in these roles poses a serious challenge to the consciousness and ability of physical education teachers.Physical education teachers are the ultimate executor of the course and the key subject of the implementation of the course scheme.How to implement the course depends on the teacher.After the implementation of compulsory education stage curriculum standard(2022 edition),how to cultivate students’ core literacy,how to cultivate students’ core literacy into teachers’ conscious consciousness and actions,and how to change concepts and actions by physical education teachers in daily education teaching is not only the key but also the difficulty.The teaching of teachers is inseparable from the learning of students.It is necessary for teachers to have good quality to cultivate their core qualities.Improving the professional development level of teachers is one of the important guarantees for the effective implementation of courses.Physical education teachers should constantly improve their professional ability and professional quality according to the requirements of the reform and development of sports and health courses.The development of teachers’ professional development and the cultivation of students’ core literacy to the same height,is intended to guide teachers to pay attention to the cultivation of students’ core literacy,but also to pay attention to their own professional growth,to truly achieve the development of teaching and teachers and students.The purpose of this study is to investigate the course execution ability of xinjiang physical education teachers to understand their performance and existing problems in the teaching process.Through questionnaire survey and interview,the data of 50 junior high school physical education teachers from 4prefectural cities,5 regions,5 autonomous states and 11 counties in xinjiang were collected.The results show that most physical education teachers perform well in the course execution,but there are still some problems,such as lack of teaching resources and weak ability in teaching evaluation.In addition,the study also found that the teaching age and teaching experience of teachers have a certain impact on the implementation of courses.Based on the research results,some conclusions and Suggestions are put forward in this study:The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The curriculum execution ability of junior middle school physical education teachers in Xinjiang is at the middle level,but there is a phenomenon of obvious disconnection between consciousness and ability,and there is more room for improvement.On the whole,the teaching age has a great influence on the executive ability of physical education teachers.2.Xinjiang junior middle school physical education teachers curriculum execution mainly has the following five problems: "physical education teachers ’curriculum standard connotation understanding deviation","physical education teachers’ curriculum resources development ability is not enough","physical education teachers ’teaching design concept lack of innovation","physical education teachers’ classroom teaching implementation to improve","physical education teachers’ curriculum teaching evaluation form monotonous".3.Based on the implementation status and existing problems of the new curriculum standards,this study proposes five countermeasures for the curriculum implementation of teachers’ physical education in Xinjiang: pay attention to the curriculum standard training and promote the implementation of policies;enrich the teaching resources and improve the development ability of curriculum resources;focus on training young teachers and accelerate the improvement of physical education teachers;establish incentive mechanism to encourage physical education teachers to participate in the curriculum implementation;establish a scientific evaluation system,and strengthen teaching reflection and improvement. |
