With the release of the new curriculum standards, the curriculum has entered a deepening reform, and the curriculum ability of teachers has become a hot spot of social concern.Physical education teachers are on the front line of curriculum reform, and they are the key subject of the implementation of the curriculum plan. The curriculum plan must ultimately be implemented in the course of the physical education teacher’s implementation of the curriculum.Whether the physical education teacher has the ability to effectively implement the curriculum plan will become the key to whether the curriculum goal can be successfully achieved. However, the teaching practice is far from the expected idea.Although the new curriculum standard is being vigorously implemented,it has not shown its due guiding role, which shows that the current curriculum execution ability of physical education teachers fails to meet the requirements of the new curriculum standard.Matching, the teacher has the problem of being out of touch with the curriculum standard in the course of course implementation. There are few researches on teacher’s curriculum executive ability in the existing literature at home and abroad, and the research and evaluation of physical education teacher’s curriculum execution ability are not paid attention to.This research focuses on the analysis of the composition, influencing factors and improvement path of the curriculum execution ability of high school physical education teachers,in order to provide basis and reference for the scientific training of curriculum execution ability of high school physical education teachers, help physical education teachers better implement the curriculum plan, and promote physical education teachers The improvement of professionalism.First,by consulting relevant materials, sorting out and summarizing the relevant standards of physical education teachers at home and abroad, extracting ability components, combining expert and teacher interviews on this basis, and gradually selecting first-level indicators and second-level indicators;Secondly, according to the selected indicators,I compiled a questionnaire for the performance evaluation of high school physical education teachers, and conducted a trial test.Based on the recovered data, the project analysis, reliability test and validity test were carried out to verify the appropriateness, reliability and validity of the questionnaire;again;,Conducted the formal survey of the questionnaire within Wuxi City, and conducted group differences and overall analysis of the recovered data;finally, based on the data and interview results, pointed out the insufficiency and reasons of the high school physical education teacher’s curriculum implementation ability, and proposed six improvement strategies.Through the above research, the following conclusions are drawn:1.The construction of physical education teachers’ curriculum execution ability includes five first-level dimensions: curriculum comprehension ability, curriculum resource development ability, teaching design ability, classroom teaching implementation ability, and curriculum evaluation ability, and a total of 30 secondary observation indicators. The overall content is relatively consistent At this stage, the high school physical education teachers’ curriculum execution needs are reasonable and reliable, and the teacher evaluation questionnaire compiled has good reliability and validity.2.The overall curriculum execution ability of high school physical education teachers in Wuxi City is at an intermediate level, but there is a clear disconnect between consciousness and ability, and there is more room for improvement.Curriculum executive power as a whole and the first-level dimensions show varying degrees of difference in teaching age, professional title, and educational background variables, and there is no difference in gender and major.Through questionnaires and interviews,it can be seen that in the process of implementing the curriculum,Wuxi high school physical education teachers are affected by the teachers’ own factors and external factors such as the school and policy texts, resulting in insufficient curriculum implementation.3.Based on the above, this research puts forward “emphasis on updating and training of curriculum standards, and implementing professional leadership in sports”,“giving teachers full powers to promote teachers’ curriculum recognition”,“establishing a scientific evaluation system, consolidating educational values”,and“expanding teaching and research channels”,Promote reflection and improvement of practice","enrich physical education curriculum resources, improve related management systems","strengthen curriculum policy publicity, and rebuild campus sports culture" six suggestions. |
