The level of human life with the rapid development of economic globalization and science and technology, from the whole has been greatly improved, health is much improved, many human diseases have also been a corresponding radical.With the rapid development of economic globalization and science and technology, but the way of life of human society, modern production and materialculture lead to reduce the human psychological pressure and physical activity, a serious threat to human health.People gradually accepted the health not only in the physical, psychological and social aspects should be a good idea, but also should keep the body weak andno disease. Now the quality of human ever more concerned about their own health and life. Owing to the important development of national health to the happiness of the individual, society and country, and sports and health course isan important way to improve national health, so, each country all over the worldpay attention to sports curriculum highly reform. This article uses the literature material law, interview law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and other research methods in Shanxi Province, Taiyuan city high school sportsteacherquestionnaire, the investigation and Study on the adaptabilityofteachers to the new curriculum standards.Mainly studied from the following aspects: Study on the basicsituation of Shanxi Province in1, Taiyuan city high school physicaleducation teachers, including gender, age, educational background,professional title. Cognitive study of the new curriculum standard,2physical education teachers, including teachers’ understanding ofthe new curriculum standard, after the new curriculum reform,teacher attitude after receiving training situation, teachers lackmost of which aspects of the advisory.3, change the physicalteachers’ teaching idea.4, change of PE teachers teaching behavior.5, the impact of high school physical education teachers in ShanxiProvince, Taiyuan City, the new curriculum standard to theadaptability of factors, including the teacher’s teachertrainingfactors, self factors, evaluation system factors, schoolleadership, shortage of curriculum resources and other factors.The conclusions are as following:(1) first discovered, in thebasic situation of physical education teachers in Senior High Schoolof Shanxi Province in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, the proportionof Taiyuan high school male, female teachers’ basic reasonable:secondly, the age structure of PE teachers is reasonable, bothyoung recruits, andexperienced teacher: Third, high school sportsteacher qualifications most of thebachelor: finally, Title Distributionof high school physical education teachers are more reasonable.(2) first discovered, cognitive study of the new curriculumstandards of high school physical education teachers in Shanxiprovince Taiyuan City, most physical education teachershave studied on the new curriculum standards; secondly, theimplementation of their attitude to the new curriculum reform aremostly positive; third, most of the teachers to helpaccept thetraining of the new curriculum is the feeling, the feeling does nothelpbecause, some schools don’t want to spend too much money totrain teachers,there are some schools is due to not enoughattention to the leadership; finally,teachers most lacking is thechance to study abroad.(3)found that the transformation of teaching ideas, in highschool PE teachers in Shanxi province Taiyuan city in the first, theconcept of teachers is slowly changing, they gradually from thebondage of teaching materials, to get rid of the textbook, but in thechoice of public facilities resources on the one hand, orby the not sogood: second, teachers’ self concept change or good,includingteachers teach the knowledge into students’ learningfacilitator, the teachertransforms by the teacher as the pioneer ofthe modern education, teachers andresearchers by the studentmanagement into students’ partners, teachers are to accept theseideas.(4) changes in teaching behavior of high school physicaleducation teachers in Shanxi province Taiyuan city is not ideal,mainly because, first of all, teachersteaching in the classroomteaching task, time is a little tight; secondly, afraid ofthe studentsin the teachers time is not a good classroom control; finally, theteaching behavior don’t be so quick to change, they are slowlyadapt, change. (5)found in Shanxi province Taiyuan city high school physicaleducation teachers in the process to adapt to the new curriculumreform will be affected by many factors in the survey, includingteacher’s teacher training factors, self factors, evaluation systemfactors, school leadership, shortage of curriculum resources andother factors.
