Research On The Role Of Role Models In The Demonstration Of College Students

As a frequently-asked new topic,role models still have value that can be ignored to college students.It is of great significance to study the the value of role models to the college students.The study can expand the ideological and political education methods in colleges and universities,create a good atmosphere of ideological and political education,nurture and practice the socialist core values of college students.In the course of studying the value of role models to college students,this subject deeply interprets the meaning of role models,the types and characteristics of role models.Based on the theory of Marxist theory,internalization and externalization theory and the social learning theory of Bandura,the value of role models includes value Guidance,target motivation,behavior demonstration,personality shaping and so on.Analyzing the current situation about the role models’ exemplary and leading role to colleges students,this paper will analyzes the reasons for the existence of the problems.Finally,we should take the problems as the guideline,put forward corresponding countermeasures from the following four aspects:enriching the content of demonstrative leading,improving the ways and means of demonstration leading,optimizing the leading environment and improving the system and mechanism.
