| According to statistics,about 57,000 people died of drowning in China,of which children accounted for 56.04%,with primary school students as the main victims.Water area accidents are mainly caused by the lack of safety education.In view of the frequent occurrence of drowning accidents among students in China,the popularization of swimming has become the future trend,the Ministry of Education shows that it will cooperate with relevant departments,focusing on the cultivation of swimming skills in primary and secondary schools,capital investment and other work on the basis of the joint home,school,community to jointly build the relevant drowning safety mechanism,improve the survival skills of students in school.At present,some swimming training institutions focus on the teaching of swimming technology,but ignore the teaching of swimming survival skills,which is very detrimental to the mastery of children’s water safety knowledge and skills.Therefore,this study takes the design and application of the primary training program of water safety education in the children of the urban swimming training institutions in Changchun city,using the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics.This study is based on the WSR methodology three dimensions of the present situation and existing problems for sorting and analysis,according to the previous research and Changchun city actual current situation and problem design into the water safety education content training outline,realize the water safety education and swimming training,Changchun city swimming training institutions in swimming teaching to provide new ideas in the future.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)the urgent problem to be solved in the water safety education for children at this stage is the lack of training program for integrating water safety education into swimming teaching;(2)Water safety education into children’s primary swimming training program design includes two learning contents: primary swimming technology and water safety related knowledge and skills,The two parts complement each other,Promote the improvement of children’s swimming skills and survival ability;(3)The designed syllabus for primary swimming for children,The teaching effect of water safety knowledge,primary swimming skills and primary rescue skills are significantly higher than the original primary swimming teaching in training institutions,However,it does not show advantages with the original primary swimming teaching.Therefore,this study suggests swimming training institutions will water safety education related content into the training course,improve the swimming training system,regular assessment and training of coaches,to continue water safety education,the relevant government departments can strengthen supervision and propaganda,improve the unity of water safety concept,jointly promote the formation of children’s swimming safety knowledge and skills,so as to reduce the probability of future water accidents. |
