| In today’s era,swimming training is in full swing and developing more and more rapidly,water safety accidents are still common and not well controlled.According to reports,drowning accidents have reached nearly one quarter of the causes of accidental death among teenagers.Many media reflect a series of problems such as the weak safety awareness and skills of the students in swimming training institutions,the lack of strict selection of teachers,the incomplete management and control of management personnel and the improper instilling of parents’ safety concept,which are very unfavorable for the long-term development of swimming training industry.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,logical induction and field investigation.Taking the16 typical swimming training institutions in Taiyuan as the research object,this paper analyzes the status quo of water safety education in swimming training in Taiyuan from four aspects: students,swimming teachers,management personnel and students’ parents.The paper finds that there are some problems in the water safety education in swimming training in Taiyuan In the problem,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to integrate into the water safety education,helps the students master the swimming skills,and also lets the students know that swimming is a rescue skill,cultivates their own sense of safety and responsibility,and tries to provide a theoretical reference and reference for Taiyuan swimming training.The results show that:(1)The current situation of water safety education in Taiyuan is not enough.Although the public pays more attention to water accident,it is not positive enough.Especially in Taiyuan swimming training institutions,from the perspective of students,teachers,administrators and parents,the water safety education in the whole training industry is missing,and most of them fail to reduce and eliminate the water risk through universal water area education The awareness and measures of the company are always in danger.(2)The students in Taiyuan swimming training are mainly students.The survey shows that the students have no specific concept of water safety education,and the water area skills are less than knowledge.The water environment is rarely judged before the onshore and water training.(3)In Taiyuan swimming training,the situation of teachers without certificate or lack of certificate is more common,which is directly related to the recruitment system of administrators.The master of the skills of the teachers to rescue is: indirect rescue > direct rescue > on-site rescue.They have a certain sense of water area and have strong safety organization ability,but the teaching ability and quality of water area skills are also related To be improved.(4)The managers of swimming places in Taiyuan are more positive in dealing with water accidents,but the actions have not kept up with them.For example,regular cleaning of debris at the bottom of the pool,integration plan of water area education,supervision of teachers and communication with parents are not conducive to the long-term stable development of swimming training.(5)Parents of the lower age group pay special attention to the water accident in the swimming training.80% of them agree with the integration of the water area education course in swimming training and are willing to spend it properly.They think that the integration of water safety education in swimming training is a new teaching form,which will bring infinite possibility to the opening of new safety teaching in swimming training.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Open the linkage publicity mechanism of water safety education(2)Increase the curriculum setting of water safety in the school(3)Establish a team of professional teachers in water safety field(4)Improve the safety and security of swimming places(5)Advocate parents to become the booster of water safety education... |
