In the 21 st century,under the background of comprehensively promoting the reform of quality education and basic education,teacher continuing education has also entered a new development period.On June 18,2010,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the "Notice on Implementation of the" National Training Plan for Primary and Secondary School Teachers "" to promote the development of primary and secondary school teacher training at the national level.Although the country has invested a lot in the "National Training Program",from a practical perspective,the "National Training Program" has been very effective,especially at the student level,and the satisfaction is not ideal.To this end,this research mainly takes 385 rural teachers from 6 counties and districts under the jurisdiction of J City as the research object.Through their perspective,they investigate and analyze the current implementation status of the “National Training”,hoping to find Factors influencing the training satisfaction of “National Training” trainees were proposed,and on this basis,countermeasures to improve the training satisfaction of “National Training Program”.The first part is the introduction of this article,introduces the background of the topic selection of the thesis,puts forward the purpose and significance of this study,sorts out the relevant research achievements of the relevant post-employment training of foreign teachers and the domestic "National Training Program",and carries out research ideas and methods.The second part is the first chapter of this article.This chapter first defines the core concepts such as “National Training Program”,“trainee training” and “training satisfaction”.Among them,this chapter points out that the training satisfaction of the students of the "National Training Program" is whether the rural backbone teachers participating in the "National Training Program" have psychological experience of the services provided by the training institutions in line with their inner expectations.The third part is the second chapter of this article.This chapter is mainly to explain the results of the training satisfaction survey of trainees in the "National Training Program" of J City.The research focuses on the current status of the four first-level dimensions of training content,training form,training teachers,and training management.At the same time,based on different demographic variables,whether the gender,age,teaching age,and academic qualifications of the participants will be in training satisfaction There are differences on the relevant tests.The fifth part is the fourth chapter of this article.This chapter puts forward suggestions for improving the training satisfaction of the trainees in conjunction with the relevant content of the training of the "National Training Program".First,it is demandoriented to improve various problems in the training work.Second,with the service as its purpose,it plans to coordinate all aspects of the training implementation.Third,it focuses on promotion and stimulates the training motivation of the trainees.The sixth part is the conclusion of this article.This part is a summary of the previous research results and a brief explanation of the research deficiencies and future research directions. |
