The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward that we should take moral cultivation as the fundamental task of education,fully implement quality education,run ideological and political education work through the whole process of education and teaching,and strive to train all-round socialist builders and successors.As an important carrier of school ideological and political education,"ideological and political theories teaching in all courses " is an important way to realize moral cultivation and human cultivation.At present,the researches on ideological and political theories teaching in all courses are mainly concentrated in colleges and universities,but little research in high school biology curriculum,and the breadth and depth of the research need to be further expanded.Therefore,this paper aims to explore the ideological and political elements of high school biology curriculum by literature research;Investigate the implementation situation of ideological and political education in high school biology curriculum by questionnaire survey and interview,clarify the integration principles and methods of ideological and political education in the biology course,and find the entry point of biological knowledge and ideological and political elements;Explore the effectiveness of ideological and political education in high school biology curriculum through teaching practice,the main contents are as follows:In the part of exploring ideological and political elements,through collecting and sorting out literature,nine main ideological and political dimensions are determined from the perspectives of ideology,political views and moral qualities,including dialectical materialism,outlook on life,political identity,patriotism,international understanding,legal consciousness,civic character,ecological ethics and scientific spirit.By teasing out the stories of scientists,Chinese traditional culture,laws and regulations,connecting with the reality of life and ecological environment,a total of 30 ideological and political cases of high school biology compulsory 1 and 28 ideological and political cases of compulsory 2 are excavated.In the part of the implementation situation of ideological and political education in biology curriculum.A survey was conducted on biology teachers and students in a middle school in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province in the form of questionnaires and interviews,and found that teachers know little about the connotation,content and integration methods of ideological and political education in the curriculum.Biology teaching and ideological and political education exist "two skins" phenomenon,the integration of knowledge and ideological and political content is rigid;Students’ expectations are inconsistent with the implementation situation of ideological and political education in the curriculum,81.05% of the students expected to integrate ideological and political education into biology teaching,and 71.58% of the students expected to integrate ideological and political education in biology teaching in a lively and interesting way,but in fact,the implementation of ideological and political ideology in the curriculum is insufficient and the way of integration is single.In the teaching practice part,by collecting and sorting out literature,it is clearly that the integration of ideological and political elements in the curriculum should follow the principles of appropriateness,epochal and scientific.The integration methods such as concept extend,situation create,analogy and practical experience can be adopted,and the breakthrough points of the integration of ideological and political cases and biology teaching in compulsory Courses 1 and 2 are sorted out.On this basis,teaching cases are designed and put into practice.After practice,questionnaire survey and interview are adopted to test the degree of ideological and moral development of students,it is found that the implementation of ideological and political education in biology curriculum can have certain positive influence on students’ ideological and moral development,among which the influences are greatest in laws and regulations、and interpersonal communication,the number of the students in the experimental class was 59.1% and 24.2% higher than that in the control class.This study believes that high school biology contains rich ideological and political education content,which provides convenience for the development of ideological and political education in high school biology curriculum.From a long-term perspective,the implementation of ideological and political education in the curriculum can improve the educational effect of biology curriculum,and is conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of moral cultivation.
