| Normal university is the core force of normal university students training,shouldering the responsibility of providing quality teachers for basic education.At present,the training of normal university students mainly focuses on curriculum and practicum,but often neglecting another important way--student association.Student association is an effective resource for extracurricular education in universities.The full use of its advantages in practical education will contribute to improving normal university students’ teacher literacy,promoting their professional growth.Therefore,based on the perspective of teacher literacy of normal university students,this paper takes S Normal University as an example to investigate the current situation of student associations in normal university,then propose strategies to promote the construction of student association in normal universities,so as to give play to the role of student association in cultivating normal university students’ teacher quality and improving the education quality of normal university students.In this paper,the statistical software SPSS 23.0 was used to conduct data analysis on the present situation of normal students’ participation in association,the present situation of association activities to improve normal students’ teacher literacy,and the status quo of association construction based on improving the normal students’ teacher literacy.The results show that the following problems exist in the normal university students associations: first,the lack of normal student associations;second;the lack of association activities related to normal students’ teacher literacy;third,the lack of guidance in association activities related to teachers’ literacy;fourthly,the lack of clear aim and high participation in taking part in association activities for normal students;fifthly,the lack of association’ poor function in improving normal students’ teachers literacy.The reasons lie in normal university students’ weak awareness of association’s role in promoting their teacher literacy;the deviation in the orientation of association in normal universities;the lack of scientific management perfect system;the lack of sufficient material guarantee.Therefore,based on the survey results and reason analysis,this study puts forward the strategy on constructing student association in normal universities,so as to play its role in improving normal students’ teacher quality.First,rebuild the values of association activities to improve normal students’ quality.Second,construct the community structure system to improve normal students’ teacher literacy.Third,promote normal students to participate in association activities related to teacher quality.Fourth,improve the management of association activities related to teacher quality.Fifth: improve the guarantee mechanism of association activities related to teachers quality. |
