| Waves of "hot spots" have emerged in the field of education informatization,and the in-depth integration of information technology and education is driving new changes in the field of education.In the Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan,the Ministry of Education proposed to vigorously improve the information literacy of teachers,encourage teachers to use new technologies to improve teaching levels and innovate teaching models.As pre-service teachers,normal students have the dual identities of students and future teachers.Information literacy is an important cornerstone for normal students to actively adapt to changes in information technology and effectively support their teaching and learning innovation.Carrying out the evaluation of information literacy of normal students and exploring the training model of information literacy education of normal students is an important part of ensuring the quality of teacher education.At present,there are few researches on the evaluation of information literacy of normal students,and there is more research space in the evaluation index and ability training of normal students.By combing the definitions and evaluation indicators of information literacy at home and abroad,combining with domestic teacher competence standards,teacher training programs and expert advice,this paper defines the concept of information literacy of teacher students,and constructs a theoretical model and measurement scale for teacher students’ information literacy.Through pre-survey data,the scale and model structure were verified and revised.After normalizing the weight coefficients of each dimension,the linear expression of the structural equation model was obtained,and a set of information literacy evaluation tools for normal students were obtained.Through the research on the information literacy training system of normal students of H Normal University,the course "Modern Educational Technology Application" is selected as the research carrier.Based on expert suggestions and information literacy assessment tools for normal students,the course content,teaching methods,textbook outlines,teaching resources and other aspects of "Modern Educational Technology Application" were adjusted and optimized,and H normal teachers were separately reviewed before and after the course.All teachers majoring in the university take pre-test and post-test.After one semester of course study,the information literacy of normal students has all been improved,which proves that the information literacy evaluation tool of normal students has instructive significance for the course and can effectively improve the information literacy level of normal students.In the comparative study of the pre-test and post-test,it is found that the university teacher survival of H normal students lies in the imbalance between the information literacy ability and the education and teaching ability,the large gap between the ability of students of different majors,and the significant difference of the information literacy ability of students from different places of origin.Information literacy education for normal students is a long-term and dynamic development process.It should run through the four-year course training of normal students.It has the comprehensive characteristics of cross-professional and disciplinary.It improves the information literacy level of normal students and cultivates outstanding students who can adapt to the information age.Future teachers. |
