| With the emergence of "3:30",or "4:30" problems in China,the problem of students’ education and care after school has become the focus of concern for parents and schools.After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy in Chinese education,after-school service has become an important part of the guarantee of education quality.After-school services can not only help parents alleviate the problems of picking up students,but also meet their diverse learning needs and help students develop in an all-round and healthy way.Under the guidance of the policy,after-school services have been carried out successively,and N cities and N counties have also implemented after-school services for primary school students in accordance with the current relevant policies.By studying the current status and existing problems of after-school service implementation,it will not only play a positive role in the optimal management of primary schools and the improvement of after-school service education quality,but also promote the development of after-school service,providing an important reference for the optimization of after-school service related policies in China.Based on the background of “double reduction” policy,this study takes N city and N county as an example to use the questionnaire and interview method to investigate the current situation of after-school services in primary schools in the county,the existing problems and reasons,and put forward targeted improvement countermeasures.The main problems found are: lack of adequate understanding of after-school service,single after-school service content,short after-school service time,small number of teachers participating in after-school service,after-school service payment is high cost,and low level of satisfaction of students with after-school service.The main reasons for the after-school service problems in primary school are: the lack of relevant publicity and training,the small number of after-school service subjects,the deviation of after-school service direction,low after-school service efficiency,teachers ’teaching pressure,poor teachers’ enthusiasm,and inadequate after-school service supervision.Analyze the reasons for the customer service problems found in primary schools in N county,put forward targeted improvement countermeasures are: intensify after-school service propaganda,broaden the after-school service content,flexible use of various forms,appropriate reduce after-school service time,organize diversified teachers to participate in after-school service,reasonable adjustment of after-school service fees,improve after-class service satisfaction.At present,the after-school service work in many schools is still in its infancy and has not been formed.When learning from the successful experience of after-school service in some advanced areas,each region must combine the local actual situation.Government departments should also designate more systematic and scientific policies for after-school services to enhance the guarantee of the implementation of after-school services. |
