In March 2020,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era,which pointed out that daily living labor,production labor and service labor education should be carried out in primary and secondary schools.The document clearly stipulates that primary schools should focus on daily life and labor education.Primary school is the beginning stage of labor education.The quality of life and labor education not only directly affects the living and labor quality of primary school students,also affects the effect of labor education in other education stages.The preparation stage of this study adopts the literature analysis method to understand the current results of the research at home and abroad,and to clarify the concept connotation and content of the living and labor literacy.Using interview and questionnaire survey,Through the statistics of the questionnaire survey data and the analysis of the interview records of students,parents and teachers,On the current situation of primary school students living and labor quality,the following results:primary school students living and labor concept is weak,The main performance is a low interest in life and labor,Life and labor active consciousness is weak,Family life and labor atmosphere is not strong;the primary school students’ life and labor knowledge and skills are weak,The main performance is the lack of life and labor knowledge,Weak living and labor skills,Neglect the impart of life and labor knowledge of primary school students;the primary school students living and labor spirit status quo is worrying,The main performance of the lack of overcome life and hard work spirit,Did not develop the spirit of loving life and labor,Did not form an excellent life and labor spirit and quality;primary school students’ living and working habits and quality need to be improved,The main performance has not developed a good habit of life and labor,Lack of actual life labor practice do not understand to cherish the fruits of labor.The main reasons are: weak concept of labor education in the whole society;utilitarianism of child education;parents overspoil all living labor;lack of understanding of living labor education;lack of school living labor education;lack of interest and practice of living labor.Several measures are proposed to solve the problems and causes of primary school students: advocate the glory of labor and labor;set an example,stimulate their interest,value and strengthen their labor education,and construct the evaluation system of primary school students. |
