Labor education is a teacher in the student work practice in the process of the thought value lead activities,in order to improve the labor skills and moral quality of students,has an irreplaceable educational function,the content including the system of labor knowledge education,emotional education,with the strength of labor education and good habits of labor education.Since the 18th,the CPC Central Committee to give attaches great importance to labor,Xi Jinping in the national education conference clearly emphasized the aim of education of a new era in our country is "the art of morality,intelligence and physique to build comprehensive training education system",this is the first time will be on the "labor education" and the moral education,intellectual education,physical education and aesthetic education are equally important position.The contemporary senior high school students are a generation who are working together with the new era,and are the hope of the future of the country and the nation.High school "economic life" course contains rich labor education resources.It is an effective way for students to establish correct values and improve their labor quality.It is also a practical way to carry out moral education activities.It is also the cradle of shaping qualified socialist builders and reliable successors and helping to realize the Chinese dream.Therefore,with the high school "economic life" course as the basic field and the high school students as the main object,carrying out and strengthening labor education is a topic of both contemporary significance and practical concern,which not only conforms to the education policy implemented by the party for many years,but also meets the content needs of students' all-round development.Since the promotion of quality education,scholars in the academic circle have attached great importance to labor education,and the relevant theoretical and practical exploration has been deepened.Teachers have gradually changed from traditional to modern education and teaching,and substantive progress and breakthroughs have been made in all aspects.However,in the process of strengthening,there are still some problems that need to be improved,such as the weakening of labor concept in the compilation of teaching materials,the weakening of labor education in schools,the neglect of labor practice teaching by teachers,and the neglect of self labor by students.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of the fourinfluencing factors of "teaching material","school","teacher" and "student",and then puts forward the main countermeasures.The paper holds that the government should optimize the layout and design of teaching material,ensure the comprehensiveness of teaching material,the definiteness of key points and the activation of case students,and fully highlight the concept of labor;the school should take the goal of education,teaching management,teaching evaluation,etc On the one hand,we should strengthen the teaching design of labor education;on the other hand,teachers should strengthen the professional quality of "educating people by work" from the aspects of teaching concept,teaching content and teaching practice;on the other hand,students should improve the self-cultivation of labor practice from the aspects of correcting the deviation cognition of labor,self-study and self practice.
