In July 2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council stressed the importance of improving the quality of classroom teaching,reducing the burden on students and building a high-quality education system.The revised History Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education in 2022 has optimized the curriculum,strengthened the teaching discussion based on the development of students’ core qualities,and required the cultivation of students’ independent inquiry activities to mobilize and give play to their learning enthusiasm.Therefore,to explore the appropriate teaching method has become an important research topic of teaching reform.Task-driven teaching method is based on constructivism theory and takes tasks as the driving force.It completes learning through teacher guidance,students’ independent learning or group cooperative exploration and achieves the cultivation of subject core literacy.This learning method can enhance the enthusiasm of students,stimulate their desire to study and explore,is conducive to the implementation of the teaching concept proposed by the new curriculum standard,explore the cultivation of the core quality of the subject,and achieve the purpose of improving the learning efficiency,"reducing the burden and increasing the efficiency".Task-driven teaching method takes "creating tasks-completing tasks" as the main line to carry out teaching,which can play the leading role of teachers and the main role of students,and cultivate students’ innovative spirit and thirst for knowledge.However,there are still some problems in practical application,which need further optimization.Through the questionnaire survey conducted in four junior one classes of YX Middle School and the interview survey with teachers,it can be seen that the implementation of task-driven teaching method can improve the classroom teaching efficiency and effectively reduce the burden of students,but it is prone to problems such as fragmented task design,pseudo-group cooperation,inadequate core literacy training and simplistic teaching evaluation.Therefore,teachers should continuously optimize the teaching design,refine the implementation process,grasp the correct value orientation,improve the evaluation method,and effectively optimize the application strategy of task-driven teaching method.In order to fully demonstrate the implementation of task-driven teaching method,this paper also takes the first grade history of the Ministry of Human Resources and Education "The Three Kingdoms" as an example to submit a teaching design.After the implementation of the teaching,it summarizes and reflects on the application of task-driven teaching method.In a word,task-driven teaching is an important teaching method guided by the concept of core literacy education.This teaching method conforms to the requirement of "double reduction" and is conducive to cultivating students’ core literacy.It is a teaching method worthy of further discussion.
