The good life of mankind is created by labor.The gradual rise of scientific and technological revolution and the continuous emergence of new industries have promoted the expansion of labor fields and the renewal of labor forms.The combination of education and productive labor is the only way to cultivate all-round development of people.As an important part of the "five education",labor education undertakes the important mission of cultivating morality and cultivating people,but also faces many challenges.Labor education in colleges and universities is in the early stage of development,which also brings ideological and practical problems.The implementation of labor education in colleges and universities must change the traditional labor concept,combine labor with education,so as to realize the education goal of all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,the United States and labor,which is the characteristic of the development of labor education in the new era,which needs us to think and explore.Under this background,this paper analyzes the educational value of labor education in colleges and universities.In this paper,the educational value of labor education in colleges and universities is constructed theoretically,and the connotation and educational value of labor education,the curriculum content of labor education in colleges and universities,the implementation and evaluation of labor education in colleges and universities are systematically analyzed.The first part,the horizontal analysis of educators’ different views on labor,the vertical analysis of labor education in different historical periods given different values,to get the definition of labor education and college labor education,at the same time introduced the education value of college labor education,mainly from the college labor education is an important way to cultivate people;College labor education promotes the all-round development of college students’ morality,intelligence,physical beauty;College labor education has cultivated college students’ labor emotion;To coordinate the relationship between college students and natural development.The second part introduces the curriculum content of labor education.The establishment of the goal of labor education is to better realize the value of education and improve students’ labor literacy.Therefore,the establishment of the goal is based on students’ scientific labor concept,labor spirit,labor habits and labor skills,and also introduces the curriculum structure and curriculum resources of college labor education.The third part expounds the concrete implementation path of labor education in colleges and universities.Firstly,guided by labor concept and labor education teaching goal,the campus culture of labor education is built from five parts: material culture construction,spiritual culture construction,network culture construction,activity culture construction and system culture construction.In the concrete implementation process,It is also necessary to give full play to the basic role of the family,the supporting role of the society,the leading role of the campus,the cooperation of the family,the school and the community,and finally the establishment of the effective implementation of labor education system,teachers,materials and other guarantees.The fourth part constructs the evaluation system of labor education in colleges and universities.The evaluation basis of labor education should be combined with the actual situation of the current development of colleges and universities,and take students’ labor literacy as the main content and objective of evaluation.Different evaluation subjects should be evaluated,such as the evaluation of labor educators,the evaluation of educates,and the multi-angle evaluation of mutual evaluation among educates.Different evaluation methods,such as qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation,process evaluation and summative evaluation,should be adopted to give full play to the educational value of labor education in colleges and universities.
