Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Labor Education Of College Students In The New Era

Labor creates human beings and society,and promotes the continuous development of social history,and all existing life condenses the labor wisdom of human beings.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the state have attached great importance to the cultivation of the labor quality of young college students,vigorously promoted the spirit of labor and dedication among the whole society and students,incorporated labor education into the education system,and put forward the "five educations" of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.Labor education is a compulsory course for university students to grow into talents,and it is also an eternal topic of human development.With the development of the times,there are many problems in labor education,which seriously affect the healthy development of young college students,coupled with changes in working methods and labor forms.Therefore,answering the question of what labor education is,why,and how has become an urgent question to be solved.Guided by Marxism,the labor education of college students clarifies the concepts of labor,labor education and labor education of college students in the new era,which plays an important role in deeply understanding its essential connotation.At the same time,it is necessary to cultivate students’ comprehensive quality and hone their will quality in daily life,productive activities and service activities.In the link of training students,it shows that labor education has the basic characteristics of ideology,times,practice and comprehensiveness.Young college students are in the golden period of the formation of world outlook,outlook on life and values.Strengthening college students’ labor education and raising the banner of labor education can promote college students to truly understand the nature and value of labor,and then establish correct concepts,enhance physical and mental quality,develop good habits,improve professional skills and cultivate labor spirit.Accurately grasp the internal mechanism of social development,clearly understand the world,so as to base on social practice,and finally realize the all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical beauty and labor.Based on the labor theory of Marxist classic writers,the important exposition of labor education by the main leaders of the Communist Party of China,and the labor concept in the excellent traditional culture of China,the source and development of the theory are sorted out.In order to enhance the authenticity and scientificity of the research,the empirical research method was used to send questionnaires to some colleges and universities in Gansu and Ningxia,and the collected data were analyzed.In the new era,college students’ labor education still has some problems,such as lack of labor practice,lack of labor education courses,low labor quality of college students,and lack of labor education system and mechanism.In this regard,colleges and universities should strictly implement relevant regulations and requirements of the Party and the state based on the requirements of The Times and the actual development of students.This paper puts forward effective countermeasures from four aspects: improving the cognition of labor education,expanding the practical form of labor education,improving the professional level of labor education,and perfecting the guarantee system of labor education,in order to train a new type of labor talent with high level and strong ability and a socialist successor and builder with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical beauty and labor.
