junior secondary school level are in the ’plucking and gestation period’ of their lives.Their recognition is relatively low,which is the initially formed and shaped period of their outlook on life and values.To cultivate junior secondary school students to become qualified successors for the construction of China’s socialist modernization power.Junior secondary school ideological and political teachers have a key role,glorious responsibility and arduous task.The professional well-being of junior secondary school teachers is an important factor in achieving the educational mission of moral education in the integrated construction of university,secondary and primary school courses.Only happy ideological and political teachers in junior secondary schools can cultivate happy successors.Relevant question investigation and figures analysis are effective research methods for conducting research on the professional well-being of secondary school ideological and politics teachers.In addition to thematic literature reading and data research,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on political teachers in Y County junior secondary school of Pingdingshan City,Henan Province,and used SPSS26.0 data analysis software to conduct one-way analysis of variance from multiple perspectives.Through the different analysis of vocational happiness,personal identification with the profession,professional quality,job burnout,interpersonal relationship,working environment,social support and other aspects of junior secondary ideological and political teachers,it shows that the current vocational happiness of junior secondary political teachers is generally in the lower level.In addition,under the comprehensive influence of gender,age,position,title,nature of teaching school,number of teaching classes,salary and other factors,junior secondary school ideological and political teachers’ career happiness also showed significant differences.According to the results of the questionnaire,although some achievements have been made in the construction of professional happiness of junior secondary school ideological and political teachers,the overall situation is negative.At present,the poor professional happiness of ideological and political teachers in junior secondary school is manifested in various aspects,including lack of professional identity of political course teacher in junior secondary school,job burnout,narrow space for professional development of teachers,and poor stability of teachers in junior secondary school ideological and political teachers.They are not happy in their career,which is caused by both historical and practical reasons,subjective and objective reasons,self-cognition and policy implementation reasons.To sum up,the deviation or lack of professional concept,self-adjustment ability and school organization conditions of those teachers are the important reasons.Limited development of teachers,insufficient social support,low salary and lack of professional teachers are also influential factors that cannot be ignored.To improve the professional happiness of junior secondary school ideological political teachers involves the country,society,schools,teachers and other factors from multiple perspectives and levels and their roles.Relevant parties should work together,cooperate and take coordinated measures.From the perspective of those teachers,it is necessary to enhance their identification and adjustment ability of career happiness,cultivate professional feelings,improve professional ability,and enhance their physical and mental adjustment.From the point of view of the school and its management,it is necessary to improve the management model of the school,to attach importance to the professional development of teachers and to improve the evaluation mechanism of teachers.From the perspective of social atmosphere,we should create a pleasant social atmosphere,strengthen social support,guide reasonable expectations of teachers,and building an environment of reverence for teachers,valuing education and cultivating people by virtue.From the national level,it is necessary to increase the support of national resource investment in the professional happiness of those teachers,strengthen the construction of teachers,improve their salary,and improve the training and development mechanism of secondary school political teachers.In short,to improve the professional happiness of those teachers is an educational project and a historical process.It is necessary for multiple subjects to work together and resonate with each other,to persevere and work for a long time,staying abreast of developments and driving continuous innovation,and to continuously improve the professional happiness of junior secondary school ideological and political teachers to help junior secondary school students make academic progress and grow healthily.To better realize the fundamental task of moral education to provide qualified teachers,lay a solid foundation. |
