Education is the key of national rejuvenation and is the fundamental way to enhance countrymen's quality and promote the comprehensive development of people. Country education is the base of country rural economics and social progress. Because country teachers are direct executor of rural education, their work status have important effect on rural education .From the angle of career happiness, the paper researches the work status of rural middle school teachers. The paper analysis all kinds of factors of effecting career happiness generally, and discusses the way to promote career happiness.The research object of the paper is the middle school in which the auther works. combined with ten years experience of rural secondary school teaching work, the auther uses Maslow's "hierarchy of needs theory" , Herzberg's "two-factor theory", expected value theory, to research career happiness of rural secondary school. The research methods include qualitative research methods, individual interviews, field observations, and so on. Except the school in which the auther works, the auther also investigates two secondary schools of surrounding rural areas. On the one hand, the paper researches the quality of professional life, working conditions, mental status and the formation of reasons; on the other hand, the paper also explores the problems of secondary education in rural areas, and measures to enhance teacher professional happiness.Through interviews with survey data collation, the paper comes to a conclusion that the career happiness of secondary school teachers in rural areas the situation is not optimistic as a whole. the career happiness of secondary school teachers has relations to many factors , including Occupational environment, , support and cooperation of leaders and parents, regular payment of wages, annual bonuses, the opportunities for personal development, family economic situation and the reason they entered the teaching profession, and so on. For rural school teachers, the major causes that lead to happiness include the two holiday break that you can adjust each year ,the students respect and love for teachers, support and recognition from leaders, personal development and the creation of space etc ; the main causes that lead to the lack of happiness include difficulties in rural schools, the labor remuneration not corresponding to the work burthen , cumbersome machinery, school staff promotion difficult, parents misunderstanding, discordant relationships in schools, health long period of sub-health status. The paper explores how to improve the professional well-being of rural secondary school teachers. On the one hand, government needs to increase financial support for rural school teachers and the society needs to improve care for them. On the other hand, schools need to create a harmonious, teacher-centered working environment. Moreover, individual teacher needs to focus on improving their quality and self-cultivation .Thus, career Happiness of country middle school Teachers can be effectively enhanced.
