Objective:By monitoring blood flow restriction training(BFRT)and high-intensity resistance training during luteal and follicular phases in young women,HIRT),muscle activation,muscle oxygen consumption,fatigue recovery after exercise and metabolic changes in vivo.Analyzing the training effects of BFRT and HIRT in different physiological cycles to determine the best physiological cycle and training mode of strength training for young women can help young women improve their strength quality more scientifically.Methods:Twelve healthy young women with normal menstrual cycles were recruited and randomly divided into luteal phase BFRT group,luteal phase HIRT group,follicular phase BFRT group and follicular phase HIRT group.BFRT performed four sets of barbell squat training with an intensity of 30%~*1RM and an interval of 60 seconds under the pressure value of 50%AOP blood flow restriction on the thigh.HIRT performed 4 groups of barbell squat training with an intensity of 70%~*1RM and an interval of 3min between groups.The surface em G and OXYGEN saturation parameters of lower limbs were collected before,during and after exercise,and saliva samples were collected.Among them,the lower extremity surface EMG RMS value reflects the degree of muscle activation,oxygen consumption,recovery time,and excess recovery reflect muscle oxygen consumption and fatigue recovery ability,and the index used is Insulin like growth factor 1 in saliva.Igf-1,Growth hormone(GH),Testosterone(T),Dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA),Amylase Alpha,Amya,Cortisol(C)and Immunoglobulin A(Ig A)reflect the metabolic changes in the body.Results:1.Lower extremity surface electromyography index:RMS values of rectus femoris,internal femoris,external femoris,biceps femoris,semitendinosus and gluteus maximus in young women undergoing BFRT in the luteal phase were significantly higher than those of BFRT in the follicular phase,(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01),Luteal phase HIRT(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05);The gastrocnemius muscle RMS value was significantly higher than that in the luteal phase HIRT(P<0.01).The RMS value of gluteus maximus in young women at luteal HIRT was significantly higher than that at follicular HIRT(P<0.01).The RMS value of semitendinosus muscle in young women at follicular HIRT was significantly higher than that at follicular BFRT(P<0.05).2.Hormone metabolism index:In young women,GH and DHEA were significantly higher after BFRT in luteal stage than after BFRT in follicular stage(P<0.05,P<0.01).The levels of GH,DHEA,Amya and C in young women at luteal HIRT were higher than those at follicular HIRT(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01);Amya and C were higher than those in luteal BFRT(P<0.05,P<0.01);Ig A was significantly lower than that after BFRT in luteal phase(P<0.01)and HIRT in follicular phase(P<0.05).In young women,IGF-1 was higher at BFRT in follicular phase than at HIRT in refollicular phase(P<0.05).3.Muscle oxygen saturation parameter index:The oxygen consumption of young women in luteal phase BFRT was higher than that in luteal phase HIRT(P<0.05),And follicular BFRT(P<0.05).In young women,when BFRT in follicular phase:the excess recovery was higher than that in HIRT in follicular phase(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The muscle activation degree of BFRT in luteal phase was significantly higher than that of HIRT in young women,and the effect of BFRT in luteal phase was the best.2.The level of muscle anabolism hormone in young women after BFRT was higher than that in HIRT,and the effect of BFRT in luteal phase was the best.However,during the luteal phase after HIRT,the metabolic stress response remained at a high level,and the immune indexes were lower than those of other training(there may be a risk of immune suppression),and the risk of sports injury increased.Recovery after 3.The recovery rate of young women after BFRT is faster than that of HIRT,and more excess recovery is produced.As the compression band is unwound at the end of BFRT,blood circulation increases and oxygen delivery to the muscle tissue increases.When oxygen supply exceeds the utilization capacity of the muscle cells,oxygenated hemoglobin concentration in the tissue gradually rises,even beyond the quiet level,producing more excess recovery.
