| Research purpose:At present,most of the studies focus on the development of the overall e-sports industry.There is no unified research paradigm for the impact of individual psychological changes on e-sports participants,and there is a lack of refining specific influencing factors of actual test results.This paper puts forward the research on the relationship between the self-control ability of e-sports participants and life events,mainly through questionnaire survey,to clarify the importance of e-sports participants’ need for strong self-control ability,and the impact of life events on the technical level of e-sports participants;And through mathematical analysis,it is clear whether there is a positive relationship between the self-control ability of e-sports participants and life events,and establish the specific influencing factors between them,so as to provide some reference materials for the high-level play of e-sports participants,and further promote the sustainable development of the overall e-sports in China.Research methods:In this study,63 male college students aged 18-25 years old and 23 professional players of e-sports clubs were selected as experimental participants.The "segment" in five versions of e-sports projects,namely League of Heroes,Glory of the King,FIFA Online 4,Version of the Asian Games for Peace Elite and Legend of Furnace Stone,was divided into "grades";According to the complete evaluation mechanism within the E-sports project system,the participants of different operation levels of the research objects were divided from low to high.Based on the test results of self-control ability,the experimental population was divided into21 E-sports participants in high,medium and low level groups,and 23 professional E-sports players.This paper adopts a variety of research methods,such as literature review,questionnaire survey,experimental research,mathematical statistics and so on.Taking college e-sports participants in Hainan and Fujian as the main research objects,this paper evaluates the self-control ability of e-sports participants by analyzing the self-control ability test behavior of e-sports participants,and investigates the life events of e-sports participants,This paper analyzes the self-control ability and life events of current e-sports participants at different levels and their correlation.Finally,SPSS22.0 software and Excel were used to conduct single factor f test,Pearson correlation analysis,intermediary effect test,and multiple regression analysis on the self-control ability and life event data of four groups of electric sports participants.Research results:In the behavior performance of self-control ability test,the self-control ability of high level e-sports participants was significantly higher than that of middle level and low level e-sports participants,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The self-control ability of professional club e-sports players was significantly higher than that of high-level group e-sports players,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The self-control score of the low level group was significantly different from that of the middle level group and the high level group in training,competition and after competition(P<0.05).The self-control ability of professional club e-sports players in training,competition and after competition was significantly higher than that of high-level group e-sports players,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Compared with the scores of life events of the four groups of e-sports participants,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Although the e-sports participants in the high-level group have a low degree of influence when facing life events,compared with the e-sports players in professional clubs,they are basically not affected by life events;In the face of the psychological pressure caused by life events,professional e-sports players show good professional quality,have super resistance,and can use their own high self-control ability to adjust the bad emotions or psychological pressure caused by life events,so that they can quickly adjust to the best state of e-sports competition,and ensure the best state of e-sports.Research conclusion:E-sports participants have a high level of self-control.High level e-sports participants also have strong self-control ability.The reasonable use of this ability can reduce the adverse effects of life events on them.The participants of E-sports with strong self-control ability are more able to resist the negative impact of life events,thus producing good sports performance. |
