| Research purpose:A crucial period in a person’s physical and mental development is adolescence.A healthy lifestyle during this time will not only lessen the likelihood of health issues like obesity and myopia among adolescents, but can also significantly enhance and control their psychological condition, according to prior research. At the same time, individuals will continue to be impacted by a healthy lifestyle throughout adulthood. So,it is essential to support youngsters in developing a healthy lifestyle. This study examined the current state of adolescents’ health promotion practices in depth and,in light of the findings, suggested that social support may be a determining factor.According to the main effect model of social support,an individual’s level of social support impacts their variable, serving as a foundation for enhancing adolescent health-promoting lifestyle.Research methods:This study developed the "Chongqing Youth Social Support and Health Promotion Lifestyle
