| Objective: To study the effect of jogging exercise prescription combined with auricular acupoint sticking,jogging exercise prescription and auricular acupoint sticking in the treatment of insomnia,and to explore whether jogging exercise prescription combined with auricular acupoint sticking in the treatment of insomnia in the treatment of non-drug intervention is superior to two kinds of single intervention and its mechanism of improving insomnia,to provide a new clinical treatment idea for non-drug treatment of insomnia patients.Methods: 34 cases of insomniac patients who met the test conditions were recruited through Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine sleep clinic,neurology clinic and other channels.The patients were randomly divided into three groups by random number table method: 11 people(6 males,5 females)in the combination group(experimental group);10 patients(4 males,6 females)in jogging exercise prescription group(control group 1);13 patients(5 males,8 females)in auricular acupoint sticking group(control group 2).Specific intervention methods: The jogging exercise prescription intervention in the jogging exercise prescription group was based on the assessment of age,health status and exercise habits of the subjects,and the exercise intensity,exercise frequency,exercise time and matters requiring attention were formulated according to the subjects,and the subjects were instructed to strictly implement it for a total of 4 weeks.Auricular application pressure group dialectical give auricular application depending on the type of the subjects of TCM symptoms of insomnia,instructed the subjects press was stuck points 3~5 times a day,a press 30 s,once every 7 days replacement sticking,ears alternating voltage,a total of4 weeks treatment;The specific intervention method of the combination group was the same as that of the control group of the two groups.The intervention lasted for 4 weeks.PSQI,ISI,SAS and SDS of subjects were collected before and after treatment,and Vm and PI of bilateral MCA and BA were detected and recorded.Parallel controls were used in this study,and the final data results were sorted and statistically processed.Results: Statistical analysis of the baseline data of the subjects showed no statistical difference among the three groups and were comparable.After intervention,subjects in the three groups showed different degrees of improvement in insomnia,and there were statistical differences in all aspects of measured values(P < 0.05):(1)The total score of PSQI of subjects in the three groups showed a downward trend after intervention,and the results showed a statistical difference(P < 0.05).The total score of PSQI and each factor score after intervention between the three groups showed that the combined group was superior to the two groups in the improvement of sleep quality except for the improvement of other indicators.In terms of sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,daytime dysfunction and PSQI total score,there was no significant difference between the auricular acupoint sticking group and jogging prescription group(P > 0.05).In terms of sleep time,the jogging prescription group was significantly lower than the auricular acupoint sticking group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(2)The ISI total score,SAS total score and SDS total score of subjects in the three groups all showed a decreasing trend after intervention,and the results showed statistical difference(P < 0.05).The overall comparison results among the three groups showed: The combined group was better than auricular acupoint sticking group and jogging prescription group in ISI total score,SAS total score and SDS total score decrease,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in ISI decrease between auricular acupoint sticking group and jogging prescription group(P > 0.05).The reduction of SAS and SDS scores in jogging exercise prescription group was better than that in auricular point sticking group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)The Vm of bilateral MCA and BA in jogging prescription group and combination group showed an increasing trend after intervention,while the PI of bilateral MCA and BA showed a decreasing trend after intervention,and the results showed a statistical difference(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in Vm and PI of bilateral MCA and BA in auricular acupoint sticking group before and after intervention(P > 0.05).Overall comparison between the three groups showed that the combined group was > jogging exercise prescription group > aural-acupoint sticking group in terms of the improvement degree of Vm increase in the average blood flow velocity and PI decrease in bilateral MCA and BA,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Jogging exercise prescription and auricular point sticking have obvious effects in the treatment of insomnia,and they are safe and have no adverse reactions.The clinical treatment effect of the two combined in the treatment of insomnia is better than that of the non-combined group.2.The jogging exercise prescription group was better than the auricular point sticking group in improving the sleeping time,anxiety and depression of insomnia.3.Auricular point sticking group showed no significant difference in the improvement of cerebral hemodynamics in insomnia. |
