ObjectsThis study takes the middle-aged obese population as the subject, aiming at reducing body fat content of 0.5kg per week (equivalent to energy consumption 3500kcal), proceeding quantitatively experimental research on different walk frequency, respecting to apply the results into weight loss practice, and in the last provide theory basis for middle-aged obese people to make a scientific and rational weight loss exercise prescription.Methods42 middle age obesity volunteers (male 19; female 23) were recruited as the subject, according to the age separated them into 30-40 years old group and 41-50 years old group. We divided 3500kcal energy into seven days movement, the mood of the motion were brisk walk, walk mixed with jog, jog. During the experiment, record the index of sports time, heart rate, each minute energy consumption, adipose consumption ratio, sports journey, total steps, etc.Results130-40 year old obese people who want to reduce 0.5kg body fat in seven days per week, if he adopts alternate ways, the average time that the men and women respectively need are 53min,58min; sports distance are 6210m,6063m, total steps are 7417,8189; If the way becomes to jog, the average time that the men and women respectively need are 43min,50min; sports distance are 5903m,5899m; total steps are6798,7875.241-50 year old obese people who want to reduce 0.5kg body fat in seven days per week, if he adopts brisk walk, the average time that the men and women respectively need are 73min,87min; sports distance are 7472m,7457m, total steps are 9180,11580; If the way becomes to alternate ways, the average time that the men and women respectively need are 60 min,72min, sports distance are 6808m,7201m, total steps are,8235,9764.3 From this study, we concluded that frequency and minute energy consumption have a negatively correlation with adipose ratio, R value are:0.627,-0.747; Exercise time has a positive correlation with adipose ratio, R value is 0.691; Stride length and every minute energy consumption has a significant positive correlation, R value is 0.853.430-40 years old people jog's energy consumption of each minute, male is 11.5kcal, female is 10.Okcal; walk mixed with run's energy consumption per minute, male is 9.4kcal, female is 8.5kcal.41-50 years old people brisk walk's energy consumption of each minute, male is 6.9kcal, female is 5.8kcal; walk mixed with run's energy consumption per minute, male is 8.4kcal,6.9kcal. According to this, weight loss crowd can arrange and formulate personalized weight loss exercise prescription.Conclusions1 Walking and jogging exercise is a reasonable and effective way to lose weight for 30-50 years old middle aged people that analyzed from energy metabolism.2 We obtained 30-40,41-50 years old obese people consume 500kcal energy's amount of exercise in different way of walking and jogging. According to this we can formulate weight loss exercise prescription which in the way of walking and jogging to lose 0.5kg weight per week.3 According to their age, gender characteristics, middle aged obese people could use energy consumption of each minute in different way of walking and jogging exercise to formulate personalization the weight loss and exercise prescription.
