| Education is an important cornerstone of national prosperity and social development.As an important part of education,rural compulsory education is also closely related to the overall situation of national economic and social progress.Rural junior high school is an important link in rural compulsory education,which is of great significance to promote rural development and realize rural revitalization.Teachers are the foundation of education.Rural junior school teachers are an indispensable part of the rural junior school.Among them,young rural teachers are the mainstay of the rural junior high school,whose work attitude and work effect directly affect the quality of rural education and the development of our education.Therefore,the task to improve incentives for young teachers in rural junior school is imminent,which can comprehensively enhance the level of motivation and management of young teachers in rural junior school so as to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of young teachers and encourage them to devote themselves to the cause of rural education with the fullest potential.Through questionnaires,survey and other research methods,this paper aims to investigate the current situation and implementation effect of the incentive mechanism for young middle school teachers in rural areas of Guang’an.Based on the basic information,job satisfaction,teacher training,assessment and evaluation,salary and benefits of young middle school teachers in rural middle schools in Guang’an,this paper designs a questionnaire on the incentive mechanism of young teachers in rural areas,which is issued and counted by small procedures "Questionnaire star",with a total of 220 questionnaires issued and 218 questionnaires withdrawn.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good by using SPSS Software.According to the survey results,it was found that the existing problems of the incentive mechanism for young middle school teachers in rural areas of Guang’an were mainly as follows:the bad incentive effect of salary and welfare of junior middle school teachers in rural areas,the low attraction of evaluation and incentive,lack of incentives for professional development,a low sense of professional accomplishment and lack of pertinence and difference towards young teachers’ motivation.The main reasons lie in drawbacks to the pay system,the imperfection of evaluation system for teachers,the unsoundness of professional development system of teachers,the low sense of achievement in teachers’ work and the unsound educational management system.Combining the reality of rural junior high schools in Guang’An with the Theory of Government Functions,Equity Theory,the Two-factor Theory and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs,the author puts forward corresponding strategies from the aspects of the government,education-related departments,and schools to optimize the incentive mechanism for young middle school teachers in Guang’An’s rural areas.On one hand,it aims to stimulate the enthusiasm and inner drive of young teachers in rural middle school,so that they can be happy to devote themselves to the cause of rural education.On the other hand,it provides reference suggestions for the relevant education departments and schools to encourage the management of young teachers in rural middle school. |
