| With the advent of the information age,programming has been brought into primary and secondary education,and programming teaching has become one of the important links of information technology teaching.More and more attention has been paid to the training of students’ computational thinking from primary school.The Development Plan for the New Generation of Artificial Intelligence and the Key Points of Education Informatization and Network Security in 2019 both mention the need to set up program-related courses such as artificial intelligence in primary and secondary schools.While programming teaching is in full swing at present,more and more researchers pay attention to programming teaching.The author has noted that the current programming teaching presents a great difference in the level of students due to the huge difference in the concept of computer use and the extra investment in programming education of modern families,the current classroom teaching model and teacher-student ratio are not enough to support effective classroom teaching,teachers are seriously affected by the concept of exam-oriented education still adopt the traditional and obsolete teaching methods to carry out programming teaching.As a result,students lack interest in learning programming,classroom participation declines,and teachers’ teaching efficiency is low,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students’ interest in programming and comprehensive ability.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore new programming teaching models to adapt to the development of programming education in the new era.Mr.Tao Xingzhi proposed the "Little Master system" in 1934 on the second anniversary of the Anti-Japanese War in Shanghai.Because students have strong participation and autonomy under this model,it is still used by many teachers in the classroom.The author reviews the current research status of "Little Master system" in the field of education,and under the guidance of Rogers’ learning theory,learning pyramid theory and Sukhomlinsky’s educational thought,based on Tao Xingzhi’s "Little Master system",puts forward the implementation principles of the teaching mode of "Little Master system" for primary school programming education.The specific operation process of the teaching mode of "little master system" is designed,and the practical research is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the mode.In this study,the teaching mode of "little master system" is a teaching mode in which students act as little teachers to prepare lessons,teach and answer questions and doubts under the guidance and assistance of teachers.After clarifying the feasibility of the "Little Master" teaching mode through theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey,the author takes two fifth-grade classes in a primary school in Nanshan District of Shenzhen as the experimental class and the control class for teaching,respectively.Carry out three rounds of action research on programming teaching in the "Little master system" mode according to the spiral cycle mode of action research--"Making plans--implementing actions--observing and analyzing--reflecting on problems",constantly find and summarize the problems in the implementation process of this mode and improve them.In addition,we use the programming test paper compiled by the Education Bureau of Nanshan District of Shenzhen City to evaluate students’ academic performance,compile the primary school students’ programming interest scale to evaluate students’ learning interest by referring to the learning interest scale of Zhang Peng and Li Chuanxun,and use the learning Motivation Strategy Scale(MSLQ scale)to evaluate students’ learning status.This proves the application effect of "Little Master" teaching mode in primary school programming teaching.Statistical analysis of the data shows that the teaching mode of "little master system" can effectively improve students’ learning interest and academic performance,and improve students’ learning state.This study also provides a case study of the application of the "little gentleman system" teaching mode in the source code editor for primary school information technology teachers. |
